Brunch Foods?

I'm organising Juliette's Christening & as it's a morning service (9.30am) I'm thinking of doing brunch afterwards. The only thing is, other than croissants, danishes & a fruit platter I'm not sure what to offer! I need it all to be fairly simple & made the day before if possible as I won't have much time in the morning. Heating things up is fine on the day, but I don't want anything too complicated that needs to be cooked (or made from scratch) that morning.

Any suggestions or recipes would be great.
