    Can you refreeze this?

I am making spinanch and bacon quiche.
everything is fresh except the spinanch which is frozen.

After i have cooked the quiche can i freeze it?

It says not to refreeze the spinanch on tha packet but does it really matter?

I want to make little ones for DD for when i need them later on

i would freeze it. I don;t think the spinach would be a problem at all.
I think once it is cooked and in a different state it is ok to refreeze, pretty sure i read that in a thread on here.

I would freeze them. The spinach is being cooked in the quiches before you are freezing them again.

You technically shouldn't but if I am honest I would say that I would. The chance of anything surviving the cooking and refreezing is minimal.

If you do it again just use fresh spinach and it overcomes the problem.
