Childcare rule - no eggs - is this too eggy?

DS's childcare centre has issued their food policy and it has no nuts, no junk (cakes, buscuits, museli bars) and no eggs. I have no problem with the policy and am happy about them keeping allergens out of the chilcare centre, but when I asked about the egg ban the assistant director said its just no whole eggs and things like quiche but things with egg as an ingredient would be fine.

I've been making Mini Zucchini Cakes from the Toddler Food thread, but don't know if it'll be alright to send now they've got the new policy. What do you reckon?

    Ingredients

    1 1/2 C grated zucchini
    1/2 C grated carrot
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 eggs
    1/2 C grated cheese
    1/2 C self-raising flour
    1 tsp tomato paste
    1 stock cube
    1/4 C milk
    1 tsp each of rosemary,
    basil and oregano.
I like to have a few things in the freezer so I can just grab them out in the morning and not think too hard.
