    I love the classic Champagne ****tail. It's an oldie but a goodie



    1 shot Cointreau
    Dash of Bitters
    1 Sugar Cube
    Champagne

    Put a sugar cube at the bottom of Champagne glass then sprinkle some bitters over it
    Put the shot of Cointreau (or Triple Sec) over the top of it
    Top with champagne.

    I am also partial to Pimms No 1which is pimms, lemonade, sprig of mint, lemon and cucumber although I put strawberries in instead because it makes it sweeter.

    Does anyone have a good Daiquiri recipe? I'm yet to find a goodie.

    We do a similar one to that tinks, but we use brandy good napoleon brandy!

    Tinks,
    I have a couple of recipes here. I haven't tried them though.

    Daiquiris
    1 part Fruit Liqueur
    1 part Bacardi
    1/2 part lemon juice
    1/2 part sugar syrup
    fruit
    ice
    (blend)

    Use fruits such as banana, strawberry, honeydew melon, rockmelon, mango, peach, apricot, pineapple, kiwi, lychee. If no fruit liqueur available, use double Bacardi.

    or

    ice
    45ml light rum
    30ml lemon juice
    30ml Cointreau
    15ml Sugar Syrup

    Place ice, rum, lemon juice, Cointreau and sugar syrup in shaker. Shake well. Strain into martini glass.
