    Coconut oil...

I'll reply soon when I get a chance on the laptop, too much for the phone. I buy coconut oil gel capsules, same organic virgin coconut oil, in an easy to take form. 1000mg strength. You can find them on ebay or online stores. Brilliant for pets too, same benefits, great for their coats, energy etc.

Coconut oil slows down digestion and doesnt digest like normal fats, used for energy rather than fat storage. Replacing all your cooking oils with coconut oil is part of the weight loss benefits thing. You need something like 4-6 tablespoons a day but let me check. I know Miranda Kerr takes 3 per day.

I saw something, probably on FB as I cant find it again that had a weight breakdown for consumption.
I think it was 4 tblspn a day for over 79kg but that's all I can remember.

I am not sure what a 'good' price if but lovingearth have 30% of their coconut oil this month and free shipping if you spend over $20 so I thought that was a real bargain and got some more.

Ginger... just replace your normal oils with it. I love the flavour in scrambled eggs, stir fry, cooking meats, anything really! As a replacement for butter, in smoothies. Or you can separate some out and put it in the bathroom to use as a moisturiser. I try to remember every night when I am in there to put some on my hands and nails which are pretty dry.

    Coconut oil...

We should absolutely meet for a coffee (or milkshake as I've ditched the coffee habit).

So Kelly do you have a different moisturizer to the actual cooking oil? Or does just use the oil for everything itms?

OI do what Kelly does also just scoop (or pour if it's warm lol) into anothe container as a moisturiser. DS was born with extremely dry skin (what happens when they go to 42weeks!) and it was great on his dry skin. My two also like to eat it off the spoon.

So do you only moisturise your face at night or during the day as well? I don't want to go out with super shiny oily face lol! Or maybe I'm using too much
Cooked banana pikelets in it this morning and they have a lovely coconutty flavour

Ginger it's the only thing that doesn't give me pimples.

Sanguine I put it on then wipe my face over with a towel or something to take off the excess lol
