...how do you cook it?
If i can convince DH to buy fresh fish then I need ideas. (He doesn't trust fish shops and likes to only eat what he has caught ROFL. Which my reply is "where are you going to fish" we live 50min from the water LOL)
Anyway, I use to buy barramundi fillets and wrap them (usually with butter and lemon) individually with aluminium foil and cook them in the pan or BBQ. Yummy!
Any other recipe ideas?
