Yum. Lurrrvvve Pizza.
We've started making our own at home including the base - really simple receipe & goes delicously on the BBQ (if you have a hood).
Base:
270g (2cups) plain flour
1x7g sachet dried yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
200ml (a tad over 3/4 cup) cool water
olive oil for drizzling.
Mix dry ingredients together. Make well in centre & pour in the water - mix well to make smoothish dough. Sprinkle extra flour in if needed. Form into a ball, rub all over with drizzle of olive oil. Put in a large bowl & cover with glad wrap & pop in the fridge for 20min. It will almost double in size so allow for growth in the bowl.
You get two pizza bases out of it. Take it out of the fridge, slice in half. Sprinkle a little flour on the bench and over dough and knead for 30 secs and roll out.
Put any topping on and put on a tray & onto the BBQ & close the lid. Cooks in 3-6 MINUTES depending on topping!!! Is SOOOO Yum! Esp. if it has your ingred. on it Renstar..........Pizza & gls of white wine.....hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
