there is a recipe book for it Marydean so if you know a local demonstrator they may be able to help out with a copy. If not let me know and I'll try and track one down for you if I can - I don't know whether I have a photocopy or electronic version.
they do things like club sandwiches, some pizza style concoction, jellies, mouses, cheesecakes I believe.
I went somewhere the other day and they had done a pizza like thing. It looked fabulous and was really yummy. Interested to know as well what other things people use them for.
You need
1/2 loaf sliced bread spread with tomato paste (one side only) crusts removed
Grated cheese
Topping such as ham
Shallots
tomato
pineapple
olives
bbq chicken
Any left overs will do
Layer toppings in ring starting with plent of cheese first
then meat
veigies
bread (paste side down)
repeat layers until the ring is full finishing with bread
Chuck on the lid and freeze for about 30 mins
Turn out onto oven tray and bake at 180 degrees celcius until cheese has melted all down the top and sides.
