    Yes Pizza!!!

I use mine all the time for pizza

    You need
1/2 loaf sliced bread spread with tomato paste (one side only) crusts removed
    Grated cheese
    Topping such as ham
    Shallots
    tomato
    pineapple
    olives
    bbq chicken

    Any left overs will do

Layer toppings in ring starting with plent of cheese first
    then meat
    veigies
    bread (paste side down)
repeat layers until the ring is full finishing with bread

Chuck on the lid and freeze for about 30 mins

Turn out onto oven tray and bake at 180 degrees celcius until cheese has melted all down the top and sides.

Yummm, going to make on for tea tonight. I hope i explained it ok

there are lots of things you can do, I will see if I can get some recipes to post.
Other than mousses and cheese rings, I've done:

    pizza
    club sandwiches
    sushi

I've also used it in the freexer to re-freeze/re-shape ice cream for an in expensive ice crem cake

Nelle, when you took the jelly ou tof the jel-ring, did you take both of the seals off?
If you only removed the bottom on that could be why it didnt come out properly?
Running the whole container under some cold water before removing ht eseals can also help.
