Mmmm...my most favourite roll is filled with:

sirena tuna (in italian oil)
anchovies
soft boiled egg (cut into slices and dribbling yolk everywhere!)
basil
lettuce
tomato

Mmmm...love it...can't wait til I can eat a runny egg again!!!
