    YES!!! I love it too. I use natural yoghurt all the time - we always have some in the fridge. DD goes through it like a rocket, DH takes to work with fruit (instead of buying the pre-made fruit yoghurts) and I use it in cooking heaps (in place of sour cream). I have an unfounded belief that it may be healthier than sour cream, but I'm not sure why I would think this!!

    mmm we ALWAYS have a tub of natural yogurt in the fridge. DF loves it especially. Makes a great garlic sauce, and yeah, add a bit of jam or honey to it and NOM!

    Girls brekky it is then.

    We mix a tub of natural yoghurt with a tin of mixed berries, and maybe some honey if it's not sweet enough yet. Mmmmmmmm yes. Yum.

    And yeah, similar to Audax I just assumed you knew. But I'm glad you've learned. 10 points to TD!
