Ok, I scored a bargain last night at woolies and picked up a roast beef topside type of meat thing - trouble is - I've never cooked a roast before and don't know how long to cook it for and at what temp.
I have an easy cooker type thing that is like a little oven that sits on the bench - fan forced type of thing - thats how my mum does all of hers, and thats why I have one - but I don't even have the instruction manual for it. So not only do I not have the knowledge of how to COOK a roast in the first place, I also don't know how to use my easy cooker to do it!!! LOL
Does anyone out there either have an easy cooker they can help me with temps and stuff (could just be the same as a normal fan forced oven??) and how long to cook the piece of meat for?
