    I dont think it would be the same time/temp for chicken as beef...
    i am not a roast expert though, but i LOVE roast so i should try to be...
    the others have given you some good tips - you could find the info online probably?

    Yes, chicken is at a lower temp (about 160). 180 for a fan forced oven for beef or lamb. Higher if the over is not fan forced.

    But I don't pretend to be an expert - DP is the cook in our house!
