    How about a salad with tuna. Wow, this is hard...erm...i'll try and think of more!

    Thanks Rachel. Yes I know and I have to please her picky partner too LOL. I guess I could always vary her meal so it doesn't contain fat or dairy....

    If she's allowed NO fat at all, as opposed to low fat, vegan is your only option. All meat and fish contains some fat, even lean cuts.

    make sure you avoid acidic/strong flavoured foods too - things like tomato and garlic can be down right nasty when you have gall bladder problems.... if you're wanting to include meat, get really lean cuts (heart smart lamb is good, and you can get some great cuts) and make it a small serve of meat (we like the heart smart lamb rump steaks) - and then serve with vegies...

    it makes for a "not so bland and boring" meal (and fwiw - we cook the steaks on the George Forman grill, so any traces of fat drain away)
