    Hmmm I've never made them. I've made rosti's which are like grated potato & egg pan fried almost like Jewish Latkes.

    My mum makes ones with mashed potato, tinned salmon, spring onion and egg. Dips it in breadcrumbs and fries it.

    Most often filed under "croquettes" if you're searching recipe databases.

    have you had a look at the taste website? Just type in rosti in their search box and a heap come up for potato rosti's. Looking at them, they look like corn fritters, but potato? Is that right?
