I dunno, lol, but if anything is lethal at 5g I wont be eating it. When I first learnt about this i had to chuck nearly all our food. Shopping still takes me a long time because I have to read the back of everyhting and check it off my list. Its a PIA but worth it if you ask me. We try to go as natural as possible.
