Eton's Mess... My Favourite Dessert

Strawberries
Icing Sugar
Meringues
Thickened Cream (Whipped) or half Cream half Marscapone
(if you like a splash of kirsch or port)

Chop up the strawberries break up the meringue so that it crumbles but doesn't become a powder mix together the ingredients and EAT
