I chuck them through my carbonara (yes, you can do a vegan carbonara!) about 2 minutes before the sauce is finished cooking. So I have onion, bacon, mushroom, peas and zucchini in there. It's yums.
I also make ratatouille, put them in curries, and stir-fries.
So versatile (they even wear bikinis! - ? Been a long day...)
