I forgot to say that my fave part of doing a roast (any kind) is all the wonderful veges that go with it - taters (with herbs and garlic), sweet potatoes, parsnip, pumpkin, rosemary carrots (cut into sticks and wrap in alfoil with butter and a sprig of rosemary), onion and steamed greens. Yummo! Does anyone else do anything special/different to accompany their roasts?
