Salmon?

How do i cook it? Ive never had it. Whats a yummy way to cook it and do i add anything.. herbs etc???

is it just a salmn steak or cuttlet or something diff?? if that just
on BBQ with some chilli and garlic sprinkles, can also add a squeeze of lemon and salt and pepper

doesnt take a long time to cook maybe 10 mins in total should be slightly pink still inside YUM YUM

serve with salad or mash potatoe or bakes potatoes.

can also have a white/cheese sauce on salmon if you like

oh feeb i dont know. Matt got me a fresh peice of salmon from the supermarket. Does that help?

I would say it would be a steak then (cutlet is a funny shape goes skinny end up to round and then down to skinny with slit in middle of skinny bits)

Salmon is very yummy and easy to cook

well have have herbs here.. so i have been told if i wrap in loosly in foil with olive oil, lemon juice and herbs and cook it in the oven real slow its great. what do u think?

You can try that I have never cooked it in oven like that but have cooked trout in oven and that was yummy!!!

just dont have oven to high.

I loooovve salmon, I cook it either

In the frypan as is, bit of olive oil and salt runned into skin side and cook skin side down first and then turn.

Or on the bbq, just as is or maybe with a little lemon and dill

Or in the oven, wrapped in foil with honey, soy and mustard... hmmmm yummm

Some people like it cooked all the way through, I like to have a little pink of pink on the inside. Its pretty easy to tell when cooked.
