thanks for the suggestions ladies. i ended up making 2 banana cakes then got over the cooking bug so put the rest into the freezer.
i ended up making banana cake with chocolate icing. i only had lunchbox size banana's so used 4.
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp bi-carb
2 tbsp milk
1 1/2 cup SR flour
3 mashed bananas
- Cream butter and sugar - add egga - in different cup mix bicarb and milk then add to mix - add mash bananas - mix in SR flour.
now we arent really into cake and ended up eating the entire thing in only 2days.
