I wish I had found this earlier today!
I have just made a potato salad, asian coleslaw and a garden salad for a BBQ tonight. Was looking for something to replace the garden salad but couldn't find anything else that appealed.
I'll be giving that noodle salad a go next time.

I made the changs one with red cabbage last time and it was really nice. I always toast the pine nuts too as I find this gives a better flavour.

I had a friend bring over a couscous & veg salad last weekend and it was soooo yummy. You can find the recipe in the Coles Spring Catalouge (also on the website, link is at the bottom right hand corner of the homepage) you can download the PDF file and the recipe is on page 44.

It really is a yummy light salad with lots of flavour.

    Have a great night
I've had this, it is soooooo yummy!

For all those that like changs, you can make it with different salad items I like to have in my asian salad:

    Coriander leaves
    Baby Spinach
    Chinese Cabbage
    Snow Peas
    Spring Onions
    Carrot
    Bean Shoots

I have the tupperware Julienne peeler, so I do the carrots that way. And finely slice the cabbage. When I have Snow peas I finely slice them (they've been sparse lately)

And you can also use smoked turkey breasts sliced instead of rotisserie chicken.

For a BBQ, i generally make a simple salad of cos lettuce, tomato, cucumber and DANISH FETTA YUMMMMMMMMMMMMM ... and italian dressing.

The danish feta is soo yummy in the salad. Nice and simple.

Oooh... how do you make a roast vegie salad?

I'm not a salad fan so am on here looking for ideas. My favourite is Caesar Salad and the occasional potato salad but most of the time I just eat the meat and bread!

Love vegies so thought maybe roast vegie salad might be a go!

I love preparing for bbqs. I usually make potato salad, green salad, bean salad, Turkish style tabouli, russian salad (potato, peas, carrot, corn, coleslaw) and my dips, which are carrot dip, tzatziki, roast capsicum.
    mmmm
