I'm cooking for a dinner party:

Nicoise Ravioli (Beef, Orange & Spinach) on a bed of garlic baby spinach
Chicken Breast on the Bone wrapped in pancetta, roasted on a bed of leek & thyme with white wine.
    Truffle Mashed Potatoes
    Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan

I've cooked the Beef Shin till it fell apart, am about to make the filling for the ravioli. I've made the pasta dough and its just waiting to be rolled in my pasta machine. The dinner Party is at my gf's house so I'll be taking the food with me

LOL AJP!!! I'll have to make it again I think the ravioli filling is DIVINE. I was scared at first it wasn't going to taste very good. But OMG its sooooooo good! And Marc's sad because its going to make heaps which means there is going to be leftovers to freeze as we only need 4 pieces each for entree

So when should I book you in :P

Pawpaw, Chicken and Kaffir Lime salad. It has a tamarind, ginger, soy, palm sugar and cumin dressing and is really good.

Let's all live in a community together, so I can visit each person for dinner each night...I'll do your dishes.

Fried rice here. Not exciting, but it's not cocoa-pops.

I dunno Nelle, fried rice can be pretty darned exciting. But maybe that's because I've had a hankering for it for months now...

We're either having a pasta thingi with zucchini, sage, salami, olives and tomatoes, or more likely, fish & chips or something that doesn't involve me cooking. But we do have citron tart and a chocolate custard ?clair from the French patisserie... mmmm.
