Seriously Lauren - you always manage to make me drool. Cai, you're also making me drool - I've had a hankering for fried rice for ages but just don't seem to manage to get it made.

Tonight: lasagne and steamed green vegies (baby beans, snow peas, zucchini, broccoli) if I get around to making it, although seeing that it's 4:30 already and I still haven't started and I have a heap of washing to put on the line, it's not looking too good, so it will probably be tomorrow night's dinner and we'll have takeaway of some description tonight.

    Homemade pizza's tonight...

I went to an Italian Deli yesterday & picked up some pizza flour (don't know what makes it different but its in Italian and its designed for it). I made the bases and adults had roast pumpkin, pine nuts, goats cheese and black olive pizza with rosemary and oregano and kidlets had ham & salami.

For the base sauce, I put 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1/2 sweet potato mashed and 5 sun dried tomatoes with a splash of olive oil and bar mixed it all up to spread on.... this was to get some extra veges in the kids, but it was yummo anyway.
