I'm on Leave this week, so cooking up a storm.

On Monday it was lasagne. On Tuesday it was Moroccon Lamb Shanks.

Tonight, it's homemade pizzas for dinner and Blueberry Risotto for dessert. Mmm mmm. Good thing we're TTC, cause I know how DH is gonna feel tonight after eating what I've cooked for him

Adzuki Bean Soup - the beans, thin-sliced onions, small diced half tofu block, pinch cumin, pinch all spice, couple of pinches cardamon powder, pinch nutmeg, veg stock, sea salt&pepper to taste, will add just under a tbs of miso and 2 tsp of wheatgrass right at the end, along with sliced bok choy, served with alfalfa sprouts on top and maybe a dash of gomasio (dry roasted sesame seeds with sea salt) and black sesame seeds. Hmmm, might even toast some sourdough and spread with goats cheese and top the toast with the sprouts and gomasio instead...
