Marinated lamb here too - mint, grainy mustard, garlic, spring onion, olive oil and white white vinegar marinade with home-made wedges and veg.

I bought DH a weber q for Xmas, so everything we eat has to be cooked on it!

Leftover paella reheated in the oven to go crispy and freshly made Spanish onion and cheese bread. I used Mersey Valley Classic so it will be nice and sharp!

Chicken and vegetable skewers with a lime and coriander marinade (bbq'd of course!) with couscous and salad. I'm thinking about making a peach sponge recipe that I saw in the free magazine from Woolies too, if I can be bothered to do any more cooking!

Just finished making Italian meatballs for tomorrow too.

Tonight I made a (Jamie Oliver inspired) lemon zest & mixed herb steak with mashed potato and salad.
It was REAL yum! Even DH was impressed with the zest taste.

Woohoo for me!! 2 good meals in 2 days - now gotta think about tomorrows!
