Can I say I love the dishes here We had a very old school bangers and mash for tea, with steamed, carrots & pumpkin with garlic and steamed brocolli, lashings of Pioneer Woman's creamy mash and some yummy onion gravy.

This week I'll be getting inventive as I'm trying to keep this weeks food budget on the down low. So I'll be popping in for ideas. I also have a craving for Golden Syrup Pudding and a craving for Creamed Rice. Noms.

we had Memsahib's Lamb Raan last night with roast and steamed vegies!

Tonight we are having sweet potato and chicken cashew marsala curry (from a jar - I never buy jars but it is "one of those nights" tonight!) with rice and yoghurt. Then I feel something wicked with icecream for dessert will be in order.

Dh is cooking swordfish with a salsa verde, oven baked home made chips and salad. A little odd for a winters day but it will be sooo yummy.

The kids are having left over spag Bol and DH and I are having tuna and cheese omelettes.. But only because there isn't enough pasta left for all of us.

The wonderful in laws are bringing over fish and chips! So naughty but so nice!

I did the shopping today and saw a packet of macaroni so we're having mac n cheese with steamed veggie.

Haven't had mac n cheese for probably 9-10 years.

Osso bucco which has been in the oven since 2! First time I have made it so fingers crossed!
