I'm not sure what it is...I found it in the freezer, from before my days of actually labelling what things were. At a guess, there's spinach, chicken, and something orange...pumpkin, or maybe turmeric...
Good luck Nelle!
Steak, eggs and chips here. Had the steak on the BBQ waiting for DH to get home, just went and checked it and.....the gas had run out  so into the frying pan it goes.

DF made heaps of tuna pasta last night, I wasn't hungry and didn't have any, there's leftovers for tonight but I don't really like what he did with it () so I ran to coles and I'm having a cheapie simple dinner, i feel like something a bit more delicate haha. Pasta with a bit of olive oil, green feta olives, some ricotta, a few basil leaves, a squeeze of lemon and some roasted red capsicum. Nom nom nom.

It was beautiful, I made the pasta too and it was alot easier than I expected. DH did most of the hard yards on the pasta through the machine. The strog was really tasty and creamy. It's definitely a winner and we will be having again. After making the pasta...may even start making our own on a regualar basis :D
Are pasta machines worth it?

We have had ours for probably ten years and this is probably the 5th time we have used. After trying it again last night, I would now say yes. The dough itself was easy to do. As it's fresh pasta it only took 2mins to cook and we just had it again for lunch and the pasta kept better than the dried pasta.
It would be great for dinner parties to make your own ravioli's and so on, which we have done before.
Bombay curry with rice and perhaps some naan or roti bread if I can be bothered going to the shops again :)
we are having chicken breast stuffed with cheese salami spinach and pinenuts wrapped in filo (with steamed veg)
and dessert is pineapple and ginger with custard
Easy dinner here tonight, cooking time is as long as it takes the pasta to boil and a bit of heating through - creamy tuna pasta with peas, capers and semi dried tomatoes.
