Don't have what I'm having. I was making a lamb mince and vegetable deal served with rice, but after I'd made the mince dish I realised we're out of rice so I added some potato and pasta.

I really should check these things before I start cooking.

Thursday are our slack "whatever we can be bothered cooking after work/shopping" nights - but my bro's kids are coming over for dinner so i really should make an effort!

We are having chicken and broccoli casserole - kinda boring but easy and yum!
