Don't have what I'm having. I was making a lamb mince and vegetable deal served with rice, but after I'd made the mince dish I realised we're out of rice so I added some potato and pasta.

I really should check these things before I start cooking.

Totally not healthy food tonight but......Pork schnitzels, creamed potatoes and steamed veg....can't wait for dinner tonight. The only things which would make it better would be if it was veal schnitzels, the steamed veg were more exciting than frozen peas and corn (something like corn on the cob fresh buttered beans and broccoli would be yum!) and some dessert....maybe some hot homemade chocolate pudding and icecream. OMG, yummmmeeeee! That would be heaven for me!

we had homemade choc pudding last night with heaped icecream on top... four adult serves only lasted me and ds half an hour

I have decided on a cob loaf with sourcream, avocado and tuna, etc and melted cheese, drool ......

Will make it early too, just sitting there on the bench that crusty cob is making me hungry.....

Aww, everyone is cooking yummy food. DH is away and I have no motivation to cook, I usually love cooking when he is not home because he is so fussy. I have been feeling sick for a few weeks and nothing ever seems appealing to me. Although, Blessedatlasts 'boring' schnitzel sounds good to me. Can't beat a good schnitzel.
