How much does your 7 year old eat?

I am astonished by the amount of food DS1 is eating at the moment. Do most 7 years olds have giant appetites?

My DS is 7. He seems to graze constantly and is forever complaining that he is hungry. He has never been one to sit down to three big meals a day, he tends to eat 6 or 7 small ones. Ensuring all of those meals are healthy can be a challenge! Perhaps your DS is having a growth spurt?

I don't have a 7yo but I have a 6yo (girl!) who eats more than me.

Gah! My 7 year old is a bottomless pit. No matter how much he's eaten he's always hungry. Always in the fridge or pantry. I get so sick of the phrase "I'm hungry". He's also skinny as a rake, so I have NO idea where it goes. Glad it's not just my DS!

DD1 is beginning to eat a lot more, she used to just a few more mouthfuls than DD2, now she seems to be double! Well that is for lunch and dinner, breakfast they are opposite.
