I've got one which I got from spotlight! I've also seen them at bigger stationary stores

Most scrap shops will allow you to use their supplies in the shop, maybe ask at your local one if they have one you can come in to borrow.

Fiskars make small hand held squeeze type punches...they come in heaps of holes sizes...got mine from spotlight
