Fiona - could you/would you post the recipe for your corn fritters? Pretty please? I have been wanting to make some for AGES and don't have a good tried and true recipe. Understand if it's a family secret, but you can kill me after I make them, OK?

DP's working tomorrow, so no breaky for us. He'll have the usual cup of coffee and a cigarette (naughty DP) and I'll have a big glass of activite. Exciting stuff. But I'll do something good for dinner to make up for it.
