Breakfast is whatever we have at home. Nothin' spesh.

This year is at my brother's place with our family and extended family, and SIL's family too.
Lunch is usually a selection of cold meats, seafood, salads, etc.
Dessert whatever is made. Ice cream slice stuff, cheesecake, pavlova, etc.

    Dinner is leftovers from lunch.

Brekkie - normal breakfast, maybe croissants...maybe croissants will be for Boxing Day.

Lunch - Prawns & scallops done on the barbie in lemon juice & garlic, a cooked chook, a selection of cold meats from the euro-butcher down the road who does yummy smoked meats, cheese platter, coleslaw, potato salad, green salad, fruit salad & chocolate pudding & profiteroles for dessert!

I made cherry ripe balls & apricot balls today so no doubt they'll be out on the table tomorrow too.

Did I mention that its only the 3 of us this year...so dinner will be leftovers!!!

    Me too

    All sounds yummy.

We've discovered that our bbq'd prawns won't actually be bbq'd, because mum (who was awesome and did all of the shopping) translated unspecified prawns on the shopping list as cooked prawns rather than green prawns. Oh well. They'll still be good. At least it wasn't like finding out one Christmas Eve that my supposedly turkey buffe was a whole turkey, and what the hell was I going to do with it and would it fit in the oven. Fortunately it did!
