    My Miracle Baby is gone....

    I called this my miracle baby for so many reasons...but mainly because I was told it died at 5.5w only to be shown a perfectly healthy baby (moving around on the screen) with a strong heartbeat at 8.5w. Everything was perfect...

    Until I awoke to bright red bleeding this morning. I actually wasnt that worried. Ive seen a healthy heartbeat so the bleeding must be something else, surely.

    But it wasnt . 2 separate abdominal u/s and one TVS u/s showed the baby's heart has stopped and is only measuring 9w, when I should be 10.5w. Report came back confirming 'fetal demise'.

    I have a choice to have a natural m/c or D&C. I dont want either. I want my baby!!!! I cant go through this pain again after last time, but I know I have to. This time yesterday DH and I were talking about getting the spare bedroom ready for our baby. Now I cant even go in there, I have closed the door. Its just too raw right now.
