    How do you have them?.....

    Eggs that is!

I am obsessed with poached eggs right now - I do them with milk, slight whirlpool and perfect every time!! Yummoooo coudl just as easily eat them any which way though!!

So how do you prefer your eggs! Runny or hard? Baked, scrambled, poached, fried, boiled? I could take all of them as long as the yolk is runny!! Yum!

I've never been able to master the poached egg but I love them. I always have my eggs poached when I have breakfast out. When I'm home I have fried or scrambled eggs. I like my fried eggs hard in a sandwich or runny if I'm having them with bacon or chips.

Scrambled with cream until they're rubbery as! Then on toast with crispy bacon and tomato sauce I'm a simple gal with simple tastes

As long as the yolks runny! Poached or scrambled are my favourite, not keen on fried. Lots of pepper and a pinch of salt

On the weekend I did poached eggs masterchef style (ie cracked into a piece of glad wrap that was sitting over a ramekin - dont forget to stay with oil!!) and they turned out amazing!!! I usually find poached too watery, but love love loved these!!

I also like scrambled, boiled or fried... But as a healthy eating plan is starting I'm thinking poached is the new way to go. We had them on a salad and I can't explain how good they were!!

Omlett is popular in our house. I love poached but often end up with soggy toast
Soft boiled with toast soldiers for dipping is fun

DH poaches me an egg every morning for breakfast. He puts it on a slice of wholemeal toast and a spoonful of baked beans on top.

I like the white all firm but the yolk runny - an uncooked white will make me gag and put me off eggs for weeks!

I find using milk helps, slow whirlpool and crack from a flat plate and slide in slowly into the centre works a treat! 3 mins for perfectly soft but runny yolk! Mmmmm!! We get ours free range from farmers markets Astrid - so nice!!

I have them any way possible.. I love eggs!! Gooey yolk, not runny but not hard (I HATE when I eat out and the egg is so under cooked that the white is runny. EWW). I go through stages, last it was poached now I'm having lots of scrambled.

You poach your eggs with milk???

Poached in water in the microwave. On English muffins, or on a bed of iceberg with blue cheese and bacon...
fried then chopped in a bowl so the yolk mixes and creates a sauce for the whites. Then on hot buttered toast.
hard boiled and dipped in dark soy with white pepper (thanks sush!)
scrambled my husband does the best. They taste like straight from a 5 star kitchen... Even better with truffle oil (yes I hear the groans) with smoked salmon and some persian feta.
    Soft boiled with Vegemite soldiers

One thing I hate. Omelettes. Blurgh.

I poach them in water with a dash of milk, works a treat and you don't get that gross vinegar taste you can sometimes get on them!

Poached, have a poaching pan which is great. Scrambled, Fried, boiled with soldiers, omelette, French Toast, hard boiled in a salad or as a side.
I do love to dip chips in a fried egg, very yummy! I like my eggs runny, very very runny when I have them fried, poached or boiled.

Best of cooking cakes, especially vanilla cakes as I have chooks and the colour is amazing compared to a shop purchased egg
