    Exfoliating Legs

Ok, my legs are in need of some attention. What have you found to be the best product/method for exfoliating your legs (in my case it is my shins that are bad).

    TIA

The loofah you can buy from the supermarket that has an elastic thingy on the back for putting your hand through is best I think. Soften it up in a warm shower, use some shower gel and off you go! Follow by some yummy moisturiser when you get out when your skin is still all warm and you'll be all silky smooth and soft in no time at all!

MG, I have found the Peppermint Cooling Pumice Foot Scrub (from the Body Shop) is REALLY good for cracked heels.....

I have had shocking cracked heels and scabby legs (when we lived in Darwin.....365 years in thongs, and moxxie bite scars!) and here is my method:

Use the Pumice Foot Scrub in your feet, followed by a cracked heel cream (I use Scholl). Then put cotton socks on. Repeat daily. I also use a foot scrub in the shower.....like a massive foot sized emery board to keep on top of dry dead skin.

For legs, I use a moisturising exfoliating cream with a loofah glove, then loads of sorbolene, daily.

    HTH!

A Body scrub - and don't just do your legs either! Of course everyone knows I will say Body Shop!
The pumice foot scrub is awesome - you can get a foot file too (sounds gross but it works).
TBS scrubs come in Mango, Brazil Nut, Shea, Strawberry, mmmm, mmmm, mmmm. Concentrate of your shins, but don't rub too hard, let the scrub do it.

You must moisturise straight after - you will feel soooo soft. Get Hubby to do your back in the shower.

I LOVE a good scrub, feels so fresh and clean....

Thanks Lovelies! I will try some of those.

Lucy - I use Eucaheel (I think that is what it's called) on my heels. Works a treat for me.

MG - I don't know if you want to pay as much as $49 but there is this FAB product called 'Magic Peeling Glove'. You can buy it off the internet or from price attack and it's natural. It is seriously fantastic because you can actually see the skin roll off... I bought one for my husband because he tans for bodybuilding and after I saw just how good it was I decided to buy one for myself so I didn't have to share, it's that good

I use a body scrub 2 times a week, the body shop ones are lovely! In between i just use a shower puff, but you can also use loofah cloths. After wards use a body oil all over and put on some loose cotton clothes and curl up in to bed, this gives you a lovely natural heat treatment

    Hi!

Yep - body shop scrubs are awesome - I love coconut and Spa wisdom salt scrub! In between I suggest a body wash with either exfoliating gloves or a puff. I use a wash & gloves every day all over!! and then just make sure you moisturise when you get out of the shower!!
