That it hurts like a martha fecker.
DH used to have one, he reckons he almost passed out when they did it and he has a pretty high pain threshold... i think it lasted a little over 12 months until he was shot in the nipple by a paint ball gun. after that it just wouldn't heal and he had to take it out, and it left his nipple nobbly bit kinda all big from scar tissue. But he had a MASSIVE size guaged bar in it, it was serioulsy huge. I think that's what stuffed it up. I don't know what the peircer was thinking when he shuved that in.
it was sexy as hell tho *sigh*

Tips: don't get shot in the nipple by anything
