Rouge what does Prada light green smell like?

I also regularly spritz Love, Chloe when I'm in a department store... It's so delicate and light. It reminds me of pears though I don't think it has any pear notes!

Glamourcide, I'm the same with Chanel fragrances. I love them on other people but they just don't work on me. Gah.

A big fan of Agent Provocateur here too. I wear the original mostly, so powdery and feminine - but Maitresse is a regular "sniff-by" in Myer.
Glad I'm not the only one! I love them on other people, too, just on me they come out so strange, I can't wear them You have to get Maitresse, I find it so much more wearable than the original AP - but then I much prefer Eau Emotionelle over the original. I think I'll keep it because the bottle is so gorgeous, but I can't see myself wearing it very often, it's a bit more 'woody' than I prefer. It gets great about three or four hours in, but before that I'm not a fan lol

I don't have a big collection because I like to keep my perfume fresh rather than sitting about going stale so I finish a bottle and buy something different.
I've actually only had that happen to me with a bottle of Avon perfume, Onyx - if you store them correctly, perfumes can last for years and years I have a bottle of vintage Dior Poison that has evaporated over time into a really concentrated, thick liquid - I don't wear it because it's so special, but it smells incredible, just like it did when it was bought. DH gave me a bottle for Mother's Day or Valentine's Day a couple of years ago and it's beautiful, but I hate that they reformulated it, it does smell different
I'm actually looking forward to my bottle of Cinema 'ageing' - the tester I tried at the chemist was pure vanilla, but the fresh bottle I have is a lot more floral - if the vanilla intensifies with time, that'll be fantastic

My favourite site for perfume talk is Fragrantica - it has a database of just about every perfume imaginable, with reviews and forums, perfume 'news' (things like upcoming releases, interviews with famous perfume 'noses' etc) and a whole bunch of other stuff - I can spend hours trawling around looking up perfumes and reading all about them

My first ever perfume was Chanel No 5 Can't remember how old I was when I got given a bottle.

I used to wear Poison or White Linen daily to school like other girls wore impulse (Poison for winter months, White Linen for the rest).

    Daily I switch between

    Chanel Gardenia
    Chanel Beige
    Chanel Cormandel

the other ones I use (Chanel ones) for going out

Got a phone call from my Chanel chick the other day about a new fragrance that has just come out, must head into Chaddy for a coffee with her to check it out.

My very first perfume I ever bought myself was Chloe. I was 14 and just got my first part time job. My second perfume was Estee Lauder Spellbound.

I love Angel and Innocent. I would say they are my favourites. I wore Angel on my wedding day and my DH wore Amen, which smells AMAZING on him.
I have been wearing Calvin Klein Eternity for an eternity!!! Since I was about 18.
Winter time I wear Joop and have forever also. I need to find myself a new winter scent.

I love Miami Glow, Escada Rockin' Rio, Joop All About Eve, Eau de Gucci, and Vera Wang Princess. I can not wear Eau de Gucci or Princess when I am pregnant though as they make me either itch (Gucci) or feel sick (Princess)

I really need to get myself to a perfume counter and find some new scents. I am another than can not wear Chanel. It smells like cat pee on me

^ I'm seriously considering Innocent but I can't find a tester anywhere - tell me all about it! What's it like compared to Angel? I'm wearing Angel today, actually

VW reminds me of you LL! It's the signature scent of one of my close friends as well - so I always associate it with gorgeous people.

One I wore for years was Gaultier Le Classique. Oh, I loved that one. Until I moved in with three other girls and we all wore it to death. To this day it reminds me of a messy uni house, with clothes and towels everywhere

Prada light green (infusion d'iris) - bouquets, very floral that's the only way to describe it.

Maybe Baby is gorgeous - it reminds me of burlesque & lace. I don't know why but it just does.

On me, Innocent smells kinda incense-ish. Almost Nag Champa like but expensive. On others it smells vanilla-ish or even flowery. It is gorgeous.

Hey perfume-loving ladies... here's a hot Christmas tip Do yourselves a favour and pop a bottle of Pi by Givenchy under the tree for your man... and while you're at it, grab a bottle for yourself! It's a men's fragrance but it's so delicious, I'll definitely be pinching DH's once he unwraps it on Christmas Day along with his new bottle of Beckham Signature!
Also: YSL Body Kouros. Mum bought it for Dad and I can't stop following him around, sniffing him lol. It's sooo nice.

I own Lady Million (got it for my 21st) and I love it but I want that as a more going out scent and am after a summery everyday scent. I'm hopeless at this stuff

My DH has been wearing body kouros our entire relationship. It is his smell and I sniff it whilst he is away. I love it.

I am getting Rock Princess for Christmas which has me a wee bit excited I don really do scents because I am such a scrooge, getting it at half price was a bonus.
We got DH some Guess Man but I am disappointed because it is actually really weak on his skin, when we bought it it was fabulous.
