I admit to being the same. I haven't got time to know where it comes from so I don't buy it consciously. I am a label a holic but there have been times it has come home without enough vigilance.

I honestly think it's more about what's inside your body than what you put outside. Now THAT's controversial!

I believe good food minimum to no prepackaged, processed to within an inch of a neutron food helps incredibly. Fresh good non chemicalised water. Meditation - being able to still your mind, own your reactions to life, feel the pain & move forward (not stew like a slow cooker on high) -- we all hurt, react, pout, stomp; but doing that and then letting it go, sleeping well, a life full of loving people - really this cannot be underestimated. Wehn we surround ourselves with beauty (asthetics and people) we are forced to feel that beauty. No amount of Ella Bache can do that for us!

Time for reflection & contemplation.

I am a lover of makeup. I truly am. I love it. It makes me feel good & that is a plus for me. Finding what it is that you can do for YOUAR body daily that helps you to feel good. For some liek me it's meditation or yoga for others the gym. For me an hour with a great friend laughing over a cup of tea is equal to 15 mins meditation sometimes. You just feel blessed.

My son learns meditation at school & has struggled over his 5 years of learning it. Just this past week he said: "mum I've just started going to the most beautiful place when I meditate & I love it so much I can't wait to do it each time". I felt like if he learns nothing else at school that's enough. It will stand him in stead.

Anyway my ramblings from Floggerchild!
