something to keep in mind Renee is that you can always get the Cheesecake Shop to do a really simple cake that isn't "decorated" and then add your own accessories - i was bridesmaid for a wedding, and they were working on a really tight budget. they arranged a simple cake (just a mud cake in the shape of a book with the fancy icing around the edges) and we added decoration in the form of flowers to match her bouquet and their vows printed on paper to match their invitations/place cards. by having the simple cake, you don't have to conform to their "designated" designs - you can do your own thing! good luck - and post away on the wedding things - my email addy is in my profile if you want to ask anything - managed to help friend plan her wedding on a very tight budget, and ours wasn't too expensive either cos i did everything myself!
