    Just made a few more batches of these: A peach, strawberry & sultan using chopped dried fruit and soaked sultanas, the choc choc chip and a peach choc chip for hubby


    Turned out super!

    Remove from freezer and slice into 1cm thick rounds. Place on baking tray 3cm apart. Bake for 16-18 mins.
    Can you cut into rounds & then put back in the freezer in a tupperware container or ziplock bag?

    I'm going to try your recipe tinks but I am going to add hundreds and thousands to make confetti biscuits. I have looking for a frozen dough recipe.

    Anzac biscuit mix freezes really well too.

    (Then you chop it up, smash up a Crunchie or two, add some caramel, and stir it all into vanilla ice cream and enjoy with Butterscotch sauce)....

    OMG, *drooooolll!*

    I'm going to have to try these! So handy to have for childcare snacks, chops a few bickies off to bake the night before and hey presto a yummy little homemade snack for DD and DS to take to CC.
