Milka- sorry to hear about your loss. My friend just m/c twins at 6 wks, she was told that usually if you m/c before 12 weeks that there was something wrong with the bubby and that it wouldn't have survived if it had continued on and was born it's natures way of saving us from that. She was told as long as there was nothing still inside she could ttc again and got 2 u/s to check her but was advised was best to wait till next AF just to make sure there was no infection.
