munchy: I'm very pleased that councelling is working for you. We saw a grief councellor shortly after finding out there was no heartbeat and I didn't like the feeling of being scrutinised... if that makes sense. She was a lovely lady and tried her best to speak with both myself and DH but we had our girls with us and they were bored and not understanding why we were at the hospital, plus we just heard the dreaded news less than an hour beforehand. We will again see someone when we find out any news as to what went wrong with the pregnancy on 27th October. The hospital was going to run full pathology and send off a sample (sounds very clinical (his earlobe))for genetic testing and the results should be back by then. I am certain that this day will be extremely painful for us and perhaps some form of therapy will help then but I don't feel ready just yet. Being able to talk or write about what I've been going through has been a huge assistance for me as many people don't recognise a pregnancy unless it has a positive outcome.

sjs: I'm pleased to hear the treatments are working for you. Have you mentioned the effects of ginseng on your sleep to your practitioner? Perhaps taking a smaller dosage or not taking it after a certain time will help... like with coffee.
As for me coping... I have to be strong because of my girls. I hate crying in front of them, especially Jazmin as she brings me tissues and says 'mummy's sad', which breaks my heart. She was looking forward to having a baby brother (I knew instinctively the sex and was correct) and she would kiss my stomach. Shortly after the m/c she said something about a baby brother and I had to explain that he died. Jazmin then kissed my stomach and said 'he'll be back mummy, don't worry'. She's only 3, where do they get this from???

Best of luck to all of us with TTC and don't forget to have fun with it
