Hi, I am so sorry for your loss and hope your TTC journey is a short one. As far as I am aware, if you know when your NEXT period is due (ie. in 28days or 30 days etc) you should ovulate around 14 days prior. It varies, but if you focus on that general time you should have your best chances.
