AJC - glad your doing fine - was thinking that we haven't seen much of you lately - obviously too busy counting the dates until you next see baby - Good to see you have passed that milestone bet your parents will be so happy for you.

Jen - O time is going to be a bittersweet time, i'm due to O this weekend that's when bub would have been due, not sure how I'll go but i've told DH that I want to spend the weekend as a family with no outsiders, and do something together.

Vanaithi - big for you. Lock the door and keep the witch out. Or you could look on the positives (as Issy does) just means a fresh start and maybe this next cycle will be better for you

mollycat - thanks for the needed that!

its hard trying to be positive, especially when you're all emotional... ykwim... that time of the month.. i hate sharing bad news, feels like you're complaining for nothing, knowing there are worse-off people out there... i am taking a bb break for real now, until i have something really great to report to everyone! i know im just saying that, & then i'll be back tomorrow when im all for positivity again! til then :goodluck2: to all!

    Hi ladies,

Vanaithi - Soooo sorry about nasty AF approaching. You are allowed to feel down about it hun, we all do when another month passes. But youre time will come... it may be just around the corner. Pbstar always says...one step closer! You will get there, just see this as a new month and a new chance to catch that little eggie.
As for the lunar cycle stuff, if you look up the jonas lunar calendar on google you will find a lunar cycle calculator. All you have to do is type in your birth date and the exact time that you were born and it will come up with your most fertile times according to your own lunar cycle. This is where I noticed that the fertile times it gave me were the same as the fertile times in my menstrual cycle. Sometimes they don't match up and this is when your menstrual cycle is not in sync with your lunar cycle. I have read that when they match up this is the most optimal time to conceive. Im not sure if this is true or not - there is no evidence to suggest that this is true, but in my case it has been true for each time my lunar cycle matches my menstrual cycle. If you read up on the lunar cycle info it lists some suggestions for getting you menstrual cycle in line with your lunar cycle...they are pretty whack, like sitting in the moonlight for a period of time each night!
Strangely enough, it has also been the months that have indicated that I would have a girl. Each m/c that I have had has been with a girl (according to the lunar and Chinese calendars????) and funnily enough the only baby that I carried to full term was my beautiful little boy Isaac. Probably no link, but interesting.
FYI - I think Jodsan knows more about this stuff than I do, so maybe she can explain it better. But look it up, there is plenty of info out there to read and makes for interesting reading.
    GL hun.

Hello to everyone else , im thinking of you all and will get around to more persies soon.

Jen - Don't lose hope from one BFN! I have tests that say that are able to show a BFP from urine with as little as 10 hcg, but last cycle I poas and it was negative. I did that the day after I had the bloods taken and the bt came back as 17 hcg. So the next day the level should have been even higher and it still didn't come up as a BFP on the stick. I have a feeling that the sticks "might possibly maybe" show up a BFP with a level as low as 10, but mostly it's too light to even see and looks like a BFN. Ok, super rambling by me... But hopefully you get what I mean and that I am just wanting you not to lose hope honeybunch!!

Katie - Congrats on a great morph scan! I'm so happy for you! I hope you can't feel my jealous vibes over you having a little girl, hehehe.

Vanaithi - Ok, now you sound more like me, testing every day. Sometimes I test more than once a day... how embarassing!
I'm so very sorry that things are looking positive for you. Hopefully you just had a freak temperature and that it'll do up tomorrow, but if not, then huge hugs "hug" for you and we will all be here for you next cycle.

AJC - We are sooooo overdue for BFP's aren't we?! I'm super sure there is at least one just around the corner
The time between scans seems to take forever doesn't it? I can't wait to hear the results of your July 10th scan

    Mollycat
    - I'm sorry that this weekend is going to be a hard one for you. It sounds lovely that you are going to spend your bubbas EDD doing something as a family. I'll send you lots of "Strength" vibes and cyber hugs "hug" to help you get through the weekend.

Me: I'm pretty sure I had my pre-ovulation temp dip this morning. I felt some twinges last night on my right side, so I'm sure that I am going to ovulate today/tonight. Poor DH struggled last night considering I woke him at 2am for some BDing. But the trooper came through with the goods, hehehe.

Still got my cold, but I think it's a bit better today. I don't feel quite as congested which is a big relief.

    Mega hugs to everyone!

Hey girls! I'm sitting in my truck on the laptop at the moment--had to put the $60/mo. for wireless internet to use! We're at the drive-in waiting for the movie to start--going to see Incredible Hulk and Indiana Jones! Couldn't even go to the movies without bringing you girls with me--I'm a hopeless addict!

Krystie--I'm not as discouraged as I was earlier, was looking through the charts and saw lots of positives after negatives, many of them were neg at 11DPO, but turned out positive after a couple days. There's still hope for me yet! Also, like I said, it sat in the tent for 2 days when it was well over 100 degrees! Maybe just wishful thinking, but doesn't do me any good to be stressed out about it, so will just wait and see what happens! Glad DH came through with the goods!

Oh, Van, don't give up yet! Sorry about the bad news Hope to see you back again tomorrow when you aren't so down. Couldn't imagine it around here without you! Besides, I'm waiting for my BFP so I can let you know if my poop smells like papaya!

mollycat--Sorry to hear this weekend is going to be a tough one. Maybe with O coinciding with your EDD date, you'll have extra special luck this month. Some special baby dust sent down from heaven from you precious angel baby! Sending lots of :babydust: ink-babydust! Will be thinking of you! Glad to hear you're going to be spending the time with your family!

Ok, guess that's it for now, the movie's due to start anytime! Will be back in the morning--or maybe even during the break between movies! lol... another one for the addicted list, I really need to update that since I've been on my trip! Talk to you all soon!

    Hi Everyone

I have been hopeless at posting this past week. Sorry. I have looked in - just not managed to sit down and get up a post (lost a couple).

KrystieLove - so sweet of you to notice my absence This forum has been such a great help to me this past month or so. Glad your cold is subsiding. Good luck with catching that little

Issy - You were very much in my thoughts last week and I did send you a PM. I think you might have tried to reply, but it did not work on my end (just my quoted message came up). As always, you have amazed me with your sunshine and your strength to move forward. I love reading your posts!

Van about the temperature drop. I did a little research on FF on +ve charts and your's and Jen's are like proforma's. They do say two promising things: 1. there can be one "off" temperature, so it may not be over yet this month, and 2. Women like you (and Jen) who demonstrate a triphasic shift in non-pregnant months tend to conceive quickly. I had a triphasic pattern last month (when we were not trying...)

Jen - sorry your camping trip was cut short! Your chart still looks sooooo promising

Mel A - hope your OB appointment went ok. You are passing a special milestone and I will be thinking of you

    Easha
    - Hi - I don't think we've met before. It is completely understandabke for you to have mixed feelings about your sister's baby. A similar thing has happened for me with some close friends. It was a big step for me to nurse their babies, but somehow it helped me. Hope your flu leaves you soon so you can commence with some serious BDing!

to PLC, Katiegirl, Jenushka and AJC. Glad you are still checking in with us.

BettyBoop and Angelbabies - good luck to you also in the 2WW!

I hope I have not left anyone out...

AFM - well I am on Day 28 (about 12dpo). Felt incredibly nervous this morning about FS appointment to get bloods result and book my laproscopy and hystereoscopy for next week (to investigate pain and bleeding on Day 8/9 this month). Barely slept at all last night. Did an obligatory POAS this morning before brekkie and got a very faint BFP. Very, very mixed feelings. Very early days. And we have been here before. Ringing this afternoon for BT results. Will let you know how it goes.....

Mollycat - I was really dreading my EDD for my first angel. DH and I did a quiet little memorial. Just sat at a table, holding hands, lit a candle and said some quiet prayers (of sorts) to ourselves. It really gave me closure. Just an idea

Just need to vent (and need a few hugs) just got a phone call from my mother - my brother and his wife have just had their baby (a girl), she made a big point of telling me I was the first person she rang. Couldn't work out why I went quiet. Just hope DH understands when he gets home, but in the meantime need to sort myself out before all the day care kids wake up and the after schoolies get in (don't want to have to explain this one to kids).

    hi ladies,

still feeling crappy today so I have spent the day on the couch.... hopefully be up and around tomorrow.

Krystielove- hope you are feeling better and are able to give the baby making a good go.

Mel A - good luck on the 1st scan we cant wait to hear the outcome

Katiegirl - congrats on the new baby girl - I am very excited for you

Vanaithi - I have done a lot of reading on the lunar cycle through Francesca Naish books on fertility. She also runs a centre in Sydney called the Jocelyn centre for fertility or something like that. What I understand is you determine what phase the moon was when you were born - try this website StarDate Online | Moon Phase Calculator and then determine when the moon is in ths same position during the current month. Apparently even if AF is around you can still concieve on this day ??? and even better you are apparently pretty much guarenteed to fall if the lunar phase falls the same day as you ovulate.

Anyway back to the couch for me

Ok, this mornings BT result is in - HCG = 110.

So I guess it is official, for now...

Question: Can anyone advise me on high Day 22 Progesterone and Estrogen levels. My P4 (before implantation) was in the 90's, while my Estrogen was over 1000. I had similar levels at Day 24 of my last PG and am very worried I have naturally crazy levels. Any ideas? I did ask my FS (who mostly deals with IVF giving meds to make levels high) so he was not bothered

    SaraJane congratulations and sista!
