    Evening ladies,

Jen - bugger Bia%ch has arrived - what a sucky Aug, what have we - only 1-2 BFP's

Babyfever - sorry about the temp drop... for me that means AF will arrive that day or the day after

KL - how sweet is your DH - taking you home for and then going back to the club, I enjoyed my quiet day but then went to see a friend's band who launched their EP last night so was nice and noisy... good though

Megsmum - good to hear from you - what website are you setting up?

Babbs - sorry you have had to go through what you have but all the girlies are great here - hope your time with us is short

Tina - great to hear from you.... BFP's have been few and far between for Aug I'm afraid..... bring on Sept

AFM - no much to report - just plodding really

    to you all

hello ladies... im back for a bit, for a quick catch up & afm...

to all our aug bfp ladies: boy do we ever need more bfps than now... i feel so down on the numbers! come on bfps!

    & jenushka: sorry belated...

our new friends: goodluck & hope your ttc journey is short...

jen: im that you had all those great symptoms & af still showed up! its not fair...

paula, tina: stay healthy & happy!

afm: nothing much interesting to share really. this cycle isn't it for us either. dh & i (well mostly me... since we women feel the loss so keenly... since we are the ones to carry our little angels in our womb & heart... but we wouldnt have it any other way would we ladies... apart from the loss...)

anyways... we're going to try iui - intrauterine insemination - insertion of semen straight into the uterine cavity to increase the chances of pregnancy, & also try fertility drugs too, to increase the number of eggs & chances.

i've told my gp a little white lie to get the referral - that we've been ttc for about a year.. its only been 6 months, but i believe that because my body is not producing sperm friendly cm or any cm at all, that this would turn out to be true anyway - im just not prepared to waste any more time when i can do something about it.

People have told me to relax & it'll happen, but there's no way i can do that until i have my baby in my arms...

we'll go through tests & stuff, so hopefully we dont have any other fertility probs... i really think our failure is because of the lack of cm on my part... i hope the iui will work for us - i had a dream before i found out about iui that was something along the lines of the iui process, but instead of inserting spermies an egg (my own or another's) was inserted into me (sorry if tmi) & somehow i got pg naturally at the same time & had twins & to that the doctor said: thats impossible! but anyways, lets not start me on weird dreams... i have them pg or not!

anyways, thats my bit for the time being... hope & dreams of everyone here having bfps by the end of september to make up for the previous months' numbers!

my thoughts & prayers are with you all always...

smi...... understand totally..... and from what I ve heard... that "one day at a time" thing works a treat...... Going from trying to build a family to being single would take some pretty decent head space to work out. Its also difficult when you know in your head it s the right thing... but your routines that you are used to keep telling you something is missing. Takes some serious getting used to......

If i may add something... i found... bed buddies was good....ROFL.... no relationships... no pressure... just pure fun and enjoyment..... ohhh i know there are soooo many people out there gettin on their high horse right now... but ..... ummmm toooo bad....LOL... Single doesnt have to be a sentence Smi.... it wasnt when I was single... infact DH had a hell of a time getting a commitment out of me... mind you... he wasnt in a hurry for one either...... boy... that was fun

And one futher thing.... dont you dare be a stranger...... we are all here for each other that s who we are and what we do... just because things have changed slightly doesnt mean we are no longer here for you... we are now... just as we have been before.

Now to Fab 2 and 3...... I have one thing to say......'Last night I heard my mumma singing a song...... ohhhhh weeeeee chirp a chirp a cheap cheap........ woke up this morning and my mumma was gone.... ohhhh weeeeeee chirp a chirp a cheap cheap...chirp a chirp a cheap cheap yeah"

    night all

Grrr! I lost my post! Let's try this again.....

Babyfever--No apologies necessary, and nothing to forgive! Temp drop for me usually means AF will show that day or the next...

Krystie--Yeah, everything is working according to plan.. I just couldn't bear the thought of getting a BFP before my other two fabs, so I put an all call out to AF, and BAM! I kid you not, she showed up 30 minutes later! I'm getting pretty good at using my powers--now if only I could learn to just point and say "BFP" that would be much more impressive --instead I only seem to be good at calling AF! The pressure's on you now to get the BFP ball rolling....

Oh, and "Pill Girl Withdrawal symptoms" include, but are not limited to: blurred vision, tremors, dry mouth, constipation, excessive urination due to increased coffee intake, loss of libido, and you should not drive or operate machinery until you know how this will affect you.... Thanks for the "fix" this am!

I'm still over our pic! But I'm beginning to think that that's how you really see me--I thought you were the type that could look past the feathers and see what's on the inside...

babbs--Welcome to our humble thread I'm so very sorry for the loss of your baby girl! Rest assured, you've come to the right place for comfort, support, and understanding--this is the best bunch of girls you could ever hope to meet! I pray that your stay with us is short and sweet, and that your journey ends with a sticky BFP!!!

mollycat--Thanks! Gotta get it right, tho: WE will fall pregnant in September!! Believe it or not, if I O on CD12 like I did last time, I'll be O'ing on my EDD... maybe my little angel will bring me some extra special luck this month!

Hey tina! Thanks for popping in--it's been a while! Always good to hear from our pregger friends--gives us hope that it will happen for us, too! Sending hugs and

Easha--I agree, July and Aug sucked as far as BFP's go!!! C'mon September!!!

Van--Hey stranger! So good to hear from you again! Good luck with giving the IVF a try! As always, keeping you in my prayers!

smilanatu--Any chance of you and Lee being friends with benefits??? Or are you on unfriendly terms right now? Hope you have a happy crappy Monday... seems fitting for me that AF would be joining me on a Monday of all days... grrr!

And I completely agree with Angel--don't you dare become a stranger! We're all still here for you just like before--that won't ever change whether you're TTC or not!!

Oh, Angel.... that song.... luckily I don't know the tune to it, or it would be stuck in my head all day long! rofl....

Ok, now remember, Krystie and I are with you at your appt. today--and I promise I'll try my hardest to make sure Krystie doesn't throw popcorn at DH!! We'll aim right for the FS instead--especially if he ticks you off! lol.... But seriously, no being scared, you're going to be just fine! Saying extra for you and sending lots of positive vibes!!!

Oh, Krystie, good luck with today's A appt!!!

joey--And good luck for you, as well, with your acupuncture appt today!!!

Well after a long hour wait for my scan (not good when you have a full bladder) they've finally told me its a BFP.

I'm only 5 weeks and it's so tiny at 3.5mm. i got to see a little flutter of a heart beat.

They have estimated my due date as 28th April ISH

I'm over the moon, but still very worried!!!!

Babyfever--Good luck with your appt. today! Sorry to hear about your BFN and impending AF...

Nuff--I wonder what DH was thinking when the doc kept repeating "hmmm very good..... yes, very good..... shouldn't be a problem...."? Thank goodness Krystie and I missed that part of the appt... could you imagine what we in the peanut gallery would be saying??? ROFLMAO

Please... next time bring a megaphone with you... my head hurts from the strain of trying to hear him... it didn't help that Pill Girl kept talking to me throughout the whole thing... how could I not be deaf after sitting next to motor-mouth?

I'm DH's little swimmers have progressed to dog paddling... maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised and have some little Michael Phelps in there!! Had to at "here little swimmer... here little swimmer..." I can hear you whistling for them! oops, I think that one belongs to Pill Girl!

I can't search for the song without a name! Unless they do a search by lyrics now that I'm unaware of! Do you know it?

Aww.... I'm sure the chicken in me with get along great with little turkey!

Van- Sorry that you have to do IUI's now. I really hope that it will work fast for you and DH with getting pregnant.

Jen- How are you doing this AM? seems like everyone finally became chatty yesterday it was quite the weekend. Atleast to me it was. I'm cramping pretty bad but nausiated and temp went up .8 degrees this am so I have no clue whats going on I see the physition tomarrow I have no clue what the differance between the family Dr I have and the physition my OB is having me see tomarrow is I guess this dr has more to deal with pregnancy than a family dr or she would have sent me to my normal dr there physisions are in the same office as my OB..

Right now, I'm just waiting to see were AF is I did a HPT last night (STUPID me ) was my last test I swear there was two lines but maybe not.. I wont be able ot get more tests till I get money this week. I been so nausitaed this morning and crampy..

smi--Well, toys can be a good substitute--and they NEVER argue back!! If only they made some that produced babies!

Babyfever--Doing ok, thanks for asking! Pretty crampy, but other than that and on the brighter side, at least I get to drink now!

    :goodluck2: with your appt. tomorrow.

P.S. smi--Angel is an angel--she always says the right things at the right time!

My other half of Nuff-- Big and lots of for your appt. Chill out, ok? It's going to be great--say it with me... it's going to be FAAAABULOUS! FAAAANTASTC, even! How about this one: SMASHING!! Oh, wait, I'm having visions of you smashing your FS like a bug if he says the wrong thing.... smashing might not be appropriate for this use! I'm excited for you... put a smile on that face--think of our picture--print it out and take it with you! What did DH think of it??
