Thanks for the advice but as I live in the outer s/e suburbs and work full time it would be incredibly difficult for me to have regular appointments in the city and still keep my job.... have to pay the mortgage somehow. I will probably just go somewhere local for some more hormone tests and see how they come up. If it looks like there is a problem then I may ask to be referred on to a FS somewhere fairly local. My last experience with a FS was not a good one - he was clearly only interested in women who wanted to go on IVF (I didn't want to go there) & had no sympathy when I had an early m/c. This was many years ago and it put me right off having any treatment at all..... until I met my new partner. The whole long term TTC took it's toll on me back then so I'm trying to keep as positive as possible and hope that the recent m/c was just due to my age. I guess time will tell.
