Hi everyone !
Ferrals gave me some hope knowing someone 48 managed to get UTD naturally ( but did she have to take all that yukky stuff you are on ? ) I know I have not the stomach for it the vitex was dreadful made me feel so sh*t headaches nausea and so depressed wow can't beleive how much better I feel after stopping it 3 weeks ago !

AFM well day 31 for me still a BFN so have no idea whats happening, do not have the big headache either which normally tells me AF it on her way so waiting waiting waiting to use my new gizmo oh how much longer do I have to wait !
speak soon love to everyone ;)
Hi lovlies. Insomnia. I am hoping some time on BB and some icecream and raspberries will do the trick.... it's a new remedy I am trialling. If not might have to have a peppermint tea.
Snuggly - I am with the other girls. I was ROTFL. Good work on the comic relief.
Alice - I adored my counselor. She told me I was probably ok not to come back in December last year. I have missed her, but haven't felt a strong need to return. I think if you find the right counselor and you connect, it can do amazing things for you. I always felt important, validated and safe in my sessions. And after the sessions the most amazing sense of peace and tranquility. I wish I could bottle that feeling and give it to you all. So I am immensely glad that you found your counsellor and that they helped.
Ferals - I'll buy you a peg for your nose! Does it get any better in time? I was drinking a herbal mixture recommended from the accupuncturist and thought I would never keep it down. But I did and enjoyed it. Peverse. But it didn't smell noxious. Good luck on getting that DNA de toxed.
Murray - I have everything crossed.
TCCALC - oh sweets. Court stuff is so frustrating. I would say without a doubt there was some game playing going on about the warrant. And getting a new lawyer is always a good way to delay things a bit longer while they "come up to speed". Know that you are the better person and rise above it. Sometimes its so easy to focus on the process ( and it is so hard to understand) and the "fight". You can do it, a week will be gone before you know it.
New to This - sweetie - I am so sorry for the loss of your bubs. Grief is such a hard journey. Each of us here know grief well, although our journey's are so different. Go gently on yourself because honestly, this is damn hard. You are the one that has to do the work ( and your boyf - I hope he's doing ok). Some people, don't understand what its like. So if you need to take time off work because you're not feeling up to it, than do it. You and your healing is the most important thing. Cry when you need to and let it flow. Your grief is real and you deserve to grieve and honour your bubs.
Mildez - wow that just blows me away about the insensitivity. Not that I in anyway think what they have done is acceptable, but maybe they think, stupidly, by acknowledging yours and your collegaues loss it somehow will put them at risk of loss? I don't know. I am just trying to find an explanation for behaviour I don't understand, that I abhor and that brings so much unneccesary hurt.
MissK - good to hear a bit of a more positive tone in your post. a lot of thinking does happen on this journey.
Everyone else, I am sorry no more persies for me - I am getting tired, but still need to make myself that peppermint tea. Take care and have a good weekend.
AFM? I spent today with a friend and her two kiddies. Her DD is 3 1/2 and her DS is 8 months old and was due 4 weeks before Amelia. Sometimes if I let myself think about it, when I am with him it is heartbreaking, but mostly I just enjoy him. He is such a cheeky monkey. Reminds me that all this heartache is worth it. He makes the pursuit of my dream tangible. But I didn't get my nanna nap today, so am tired..... I know poor me!
Hey dory, while you're buying ferrals a peg for her nose, can you buy some for us? We share a line with our neighbours, and they don't believe in peg baskets, they just chuck them all on the ground, so then our mowing guy comes and they get all chopped up on the lawn and I can't walk ou there barefoot :( We buy so many fricken pegs! Not that it matters right now - it's been raining for a full week with another week forecast.
Alice - how are you going, honey? Having a big cry at another pregnancy is so normal. I only really had the one big cry, and then subsequent news didn't feel so bad, although DH's cousin was a tough one. My crying skills have become very refined over the last 7 months.
crafty - I hated vitex too. I think it was in part responsible for my massive cry.
AFM - temp still hasn't risen, so a bit more shagging to do yet! We're off to a party tonight and I am going to frock UP! After I go to the market in the rain. Hmph. Sometimes not having a car sucks.
Well they cancled the hearing for a cont.yesterday like i said . but we got a call that this morning from the case workers telling us she left the kids alone last nite and now she is MIA she has 3 warrants for her arrest.. case worker called and said There is our care and that she was on her way down to have us sign the paper for temp custody ( safety plan) there is so much going on right now with this case of these 2..
But as of right now they are in our care in our home and doing great as always when there hear..
i let leah go with Alyse and breanna to the dance tonite and me and the boys are watching Dvd movies with Df..
David and Leah are alot happier here with us and Df and my 2 neices and nephew..
we still have NO clue where the grandmother is at but she is ff the hook.. she basiclly lost the kids she wont get them back at all....
we should be going for the court hearing sometime next week and we should have the full custody..
Thanks all. for your comments.
I feel so much better knowing they are safe and in a good home with good people..
If i could i would open my home up to any child that needed a home and the love that we can give them!

hugsss
Murrycod-I sent you an email before i read your post so cool there is a few of us cycling at the same time lets hope we get our BFP's together ( come on hariet) he he so funny i did think of henrietta but liked hariet more.
Snuggly- you and your vjay jay news make me laugh.
Crafty-yes she did take all that crap but it worked and some people just can't take vitex try royal jelly or macca powder tablets catherine said they are fantastic for wome trying to get pregnant i buy them from Natural Health Organics pretty cheap to and catherine told me to stay on them while detoxing.
Good luck with your gismo i love mine no guess work.
Dory-thanks we will stick it out even if just to lose some weight and get healthy
babies can be hard i had lunch with my girlfriend yesterday with her 5 month old who born 2 months after Abbi was due we should be lunching together and swapping baby stories but i just watch her and her baby and feel sad that i don't have my little girl.
TTCALC-Great to hear the kids are home where they should be.
AFM-the herbs are working i am going to the loo like OMG all the time and starving to death poor DH is getting headaches from caffine withdrawals but it's his poor diet that has caused the DNA damage that is making our embies konk out so he has to do it for 3 months until we get fresh swimmers i hope he can do it because he has been having the odd smoke here and there at work maybe 1-5 a week i was sooooooooooooooooooooo not happy when i found out after every thing we have been through i could have done my block at him but relised this has all been hard on him to.
Ferrals: I'm glad the foul stuff has been working, going to the loo lots is good, your kidneys and liver are getting all clean and sparkly :) Hopefully once your DH is all cleaned out he wont get cravings anymore? I've heard from lots of ppl that once they detox they never really start smoking/drinking caffeine again.
TTCALC: I'm glad the kids are happy and safe, go you and your awesomeness!
Snuggly: Hearing you about the car, and markets always have so much yummy fruit and vege's to take home! Enjoy your shag fest and getting all glammed! (Now I have that 'whip it' song running through my head, LOL!)
Dory: Your dream is so tangible! Your bubba is baking away happily :)
Crafty: Keep us updated with what's happening!
AFM: Day 2, big plane trip today back to Melbs (and my Man, WOOT!). He moved all our stuff into our new flat today (we were staying with friends) so it'll be our first night together in a new place. I do believe some pizza, wine and dancing around in trackies will be in order. Oh yeah, we're all class. I have a good feeling about March :)
Morning all
Just a quikie, glad everyone seems to be getting back on track thats what we need to do. Hopefully all you newbies will find some peace and your sadness will fade a little over the comming weeks its hard to beleive but it really does fade a little after time ! Cant beleive I just said that as 6 mnths ago I would not beleive that could happen.
Ferrals I think your DH deserves a medal if he can keep his end of the bargain I know my DH wouldnt be able to be so devoted to GOOD HEALTH ! but I am trying to win him around, Keep letting him read what you put on this forum to prove a point !
Now I have a question , When I had my scan on 18th feb my folicle was 11mm how many days after that would you say I ovulated ? as I know it had to be bigger than that but not sure how quick they grow, The reason I am asking is I am now day 32 and still NO AF felt so sick this morning when I had to do doggy duty in the garden and my breakfast tasted funny this morning ! ( ok just my body playing tricks I guess ) but if I ovulated later and I know we did Bdance on 20 feb and sperm last about 3 days, would a pg test show up as yet ?
Just a thought will keep you all posted !
Just wanted to send a big hello to all the lovely ladies in here. I am still following everyones journey and hope to see the BFP's roll in soon.
:bluedust: to all
Hello Maddison - we haven't met yet but hope all is good in your world :)
Crafty - the follicles grow approx. 2mm a day so it would have been another 3 days at least to get to 18mm which is anything over that for IVF to collect but usually the dominant one gets to about 20 or more so maybe could be another 4 days until you O'd. Hope that fits and you are on your way lovely! Good luck
MurryCod - same to you girl - hope this little egg is raring to go for you!
Kit - enjoy your pizza, wine and lovely man. We're all style here too - usually involves scraping chicken poo off the shoes (I have 7 girls and they are my darlings v. spoilt and v. amusing)
Ferrals - sounds like the icky juice is doing it's thing. Good on your DH for doing this - even with a small relapse. I know how you feel about his smoking but at least he is giving it a try. It must be soo hard. Mine is outside right now having a puff and that is after he promised he'd give it up for our next IVF go. Trouble is our FS categorically says the problems are all mine. We always get good fertilisation rates, no need for ICSI, I hate it all being about me and wish he would bloody well quit. We need all the help we can get.
TTCaLC - great to read the kids are being loved and looked after with you both. I have been thinking long and hard about fostering. DH is interested too - just worried about getting a **** case worker or difficult parents to deal with. There are so many kids who need homes, sometimes I feel guilty for wanting my own so badly, esp. considering how much IVF costs - we could sponsor a whole village for 10 years probably for one cycle.
Snuggly - You are one woman with a mission! Have fun!!
Dory - thanks for your comments - I'm glad I have her too. I feel friends and family getting impatient that we're still grieving - I guess it is hard for them to know what to say or do. At least in that session I will be able to say whatever the hell I"m feeling without having to worry about upsetting or worrying loved ones. Hope you got a good nap after your little visitors - I have a god son who is 2 and his sister is 5 and they are so delightful but v. tiring! I know we are all wrapping our loving thoughts around your belly, I'm glad you are here with us.
AFM just taking it easy, hanging out with the chooks and resting. enjoy your weekend everyone xx
Crafty at 11mm your little follie would have to grow at least 3 to 4 days to get to size I think, Alice is right, 18mm is good to go for IVF, but bigger the better! Perhaps hold off for a few more days to POAS, as easy as it is for me to say!! But we all know to well what a BFN can do to the fragile spirit. Keep yourself on track, focus on good thaughts, and stay excited to use your little gizmo, anything that comes as a suprise to you in the meantime, I wish you all the babydust in the universe XXXX
Dory, nice to hear from you my love XX Hope you get some sleep tonight, and are starting to feel happy on the inside XX
Ferrals I got your email, thanks babes XXXXX
Your DH is being very dedicated trying out the health kick, my sweet DH smokes, he promises me that he will stop if I become pregnant, I do hope so.
TTCALC, great news!! Amazing what one day can do to us hey!! Well done XX
Alice, enjoy the resting darling X
SVN, hope the BDancing is keeping you buisy!! ;)
Maddison, is so lovely to hear from you, are you still at your shop in SHill? Was thinking of you the other day, because DH has to go to SHill to get his Ute serviced and i would have loved to go with him but I have to work. I hope you are well darling X
KitF, how did you go surviving that storm in Melbourne today?? Saw on the news it was huge!! It has bucketed down here all day, and we are on our almost 100th thunder storm for the day!
I love thunderstorms by the way, I can sit on the porch and watch them for hours!XX
AFM, well not much on the Bejayjay channel for me, AF is being sort of kind, heavy but not crampy. Southern 80 Ski Race is in town at full swing in the rain. Can hear the beefed up speedboats from my house. Going to the river tomorrow to have a look at them all race.
Have a nice weekend all XX
Crafty-anything from 18mm usually has a mature egg but it can pop anywhere from 18mm to 26mm i had 24 follies 11 were 18mm to 26mm (the bigest one) and the other 13 were 13mm to 17mm and didnt get big enough in time so i would say you would have had another 4+ days until your egg popped.
Kitfaerie-have a great night with hubby and PIZZA yum!!!!! im druling.
Alice-yeh i am so proud of my man he is doing really well he went from about 10 black coffees a day down to 2 when we were trying for Abbi and now down to none and even given up the fizzy drink that is really hard for him but he really wants a baby and a healthy one so he is actually better at the herbal crap than i am and we actually had 100% fertilisation rates we are suppose to have great fertility but with the fragmentation that can prevent them sticking and after day 3 of embies that is the sperm so it's hubby that needs to clean up his pipes.
And we also thought about fostering but the whole system is shocking and the thought of caring for a child or baby and falling in love with it and then having to hand it back to it's deadbeat parents would be terrible.
Anyway i'm off to rub some special herbal oil into hubbys nether reigons oh i love this part so fun.
Murrycod-i'm excited for you can't wait we are going through this together i will be on egg shells waiting.
HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND everyone.
Ferrals: LOL! I love how casual you are about the oil rubbing thing, like it's part of a list "gotta get some milk, do some tidying, rub oil into hubby's bits.....'' Love it! Told DH and he thought it sounded like quite a good idea.
Alice: So glad you found a counsellor, I'm a massive fan of counselling :)
AFM: Well, pizza was a wash out. Was stuck in Rockhamptom airport (most boring airport EVER!) cos all flights to Melbs were delayed cos of the storm, so I didn't get home til 2 am! DH was doing the last load of moving (with our kitty kat!) when the storm hit, the cat was sooo not happy. He seems ok now though, pouncing on everything and generally being a nuisance :) Pizza and beer tonight though!
Kitfaerie-aww what a bummer being stuck in the airport at least you can make up for it tonight.
And the oil thing yeh! we have to have a bit of fun with it so it doesn't turn into another thing we have to do to help us get pregnant like a chore or somthing i love it the only thing is we can't fool around after because the oil we burn my girly bits and you know how hard it is to be rubbing your hubby's bits and and not go any further so when AF is gone we will have fool around first then the oil lol.
Just a quick update but I thought you ladies would like to know that today at 8DPO I had a temp drop, some spotting and cramps. Either is a very bad timed AF showing up early (my usual LF is 14 days) or could be implantation...can't wait til the Wednesday test-fest begins!
LMAO about the Oil Ferrals!! I bet DH hates this part.....
My DH thinks it sounds pretty good, asked if i'd do the same to him, but when I told him I wanted a Back Rub for it, the deal was off.............all I asked for was a darn backrub!!
KitF I chowed down some pizza last night, washed down with a creamy soda, so much for my health kick starting, will start tomorrow!!:D
Hope kittycat settles in ok XX
Sararach good luck with the testfest on Wednesday honey!! I will be barracking for you:bluecheer:
Me ... Had a sort of nice day down the river watching the speedboats going crazy past my house...very noisy!!
Well anyway, a few memories came flooding back with a vengance since I was pregnant this time last year, I misscarried on Fir13th last year. So pretty sobering for my fun time I was having, left Darling DH down the river with friends and I came home for a warm shower and some alone time. Wanted to pop in here to say hello XX
I'm not crying or anything, I am just socialised out and sick of smiling with people when I feel like crapoli.
MurryCod - so AF finally showed up! Good that she's not giving you too much grie
Ferrals - what is this oil you guys are playing with?!!
Kit - that sucks waiting in boring airports, esp. when your man and your kitten are waiting for you with pizza and wine! Tonight is the night then :)
SarahRach - good luck!!
Hi everyone!
Sticky vibes all round xx
All good here today.
Bye now,
Alice x
Edit: MurryCod, you snuck a post in while I was typing. Sorry lovely :( sad times remembering the little ones we've lost and hard to be social while those thoughts and feelings are swimming around inside you.Glad you could escape and have some quiet times. Big hugs xx
Hi everyone...:hello:
I am a long way behind on everything that is going on but I want to welcome with open arms, all the new ladies that have joined us here... im sorry that you had to but i hope that we can all help a little on your journey... You have come to the right place for support, its a fab bunch of gals! xx
Murraycod - March! Yay! My fingers are triple decker crossed for you love!
Ferrals - Your tribute to Abbi was so so beautiful, i was in tears as a watched her journey. Such a special way to share your story, thank you for sharing it with us.
Ric - sorry your having a rough trot... hope you had a restful weekend and you escaped Melbournes weather with no damage!! How horrendous was it!?! My poor dogs were outside thru it all cause we were on the other side of town! My poor darlings were so shaken up when we got home :( felt so awful for my little guys!
crafty - keep us posted!
kitfaerie - glad your all settled in your own pad now!!! YOu'll be really able to get your groove on now
dory - youve had a hard month darlin, the pain and heart break that you have been faced with is devastating. You are an amazing woman you know that! Your always in my prayers, rest, nest & relax.enjoy your time at home, who cares if the house is in shambles... at least your not! xx
spf - how you going lovey??
All those ive missed... hope your doing as best you can :grouphug:
AFM - Just calling in to let you know that I think im back in the TTC stage! I had my first normal AF last week since before we lost our bubs... Pretty amazing, only been 5 weeks of herbs and acupuncture! I take my hat off to the woman, she is good! She originally told me she wanted us to wait 3mths or at least see how things go until we try again... but i guess ive always had it in my head that we will only wait 1 month and now that i had a normal AF, ive convinced myself even more.
When we saw her yesterday she said that we should wait 1 more month... but if it was going to stress me to much emotionally not TTC then we should TTC! Im so confused, i dont know what to do! She is concerned that I'll miscarry again and thinks another month of treatment would be better.... BUt on the other hand, its better that we try as it would be better emotionally and she is worried if we dont, and i stress that it will undo all the progress that we have made??! Does this make sense? Sorry Im rambling but I dont know what to do! My heart tells me to try... but my head says wait.... If we do fall pregnant this cycle and we lose the baby... will I blame myself forever?? My due date is only a few weeks away and I always believed id be pregnant by then.... What would you all do???
xx
T- hopes - oh, I don't know what I'd do. No advice, just heaps of hugs. You will make the decision that is right for you. Your poor puppies. No doubt a few pats and reassuring hugs from you and some time safe inside and they would have been feeling much better.
Alice - I love chooks. Some people down the road have some and I often wander down and look at them scratching around the yard. I think it would be intolerably cruel to my 3 furbaby kitties to get some chooks. We have a miniscule yard and the cats would be able to see them from the house, as they are mostly indoor cats, but have a couple of cat runs into the yard. Thanks for your kind words too, means a lot to me.
Murraycod - sometimes its just nice to be alone with your thoughts, feelings and memories huh?
Snuggley - I can get you some pegs. Maybe you should try and go super bulk buy? I don't know what some people think? That would drive me insane, people just chucking my pegs on the ground, to then get eaten by the lawnmower. Argghhhh. The little irritations that sharing living spaces can bring......
Ric - hope you're feeling better. My counselor says that people in grief are like sponges - they pick up grief from everywhere around them. I know you feel for your SIL, but if you can't offer support for her, then that's ok. You need time to heal yourself before you can go lightening the load for others. I am not trying to sound selfish, its just that if you don't take care of yourself, no one else will do it for you.
Kit - how is your kitty? Rocky airport isn't any great place to be holed up, like most regional airports. Hope you enjoy your beer and pizza tonight! Here's a question - what type of beer and what type of pizza? I used to be really adventurous with pizza and now? Ham and Pineapple all the way. When I have less dietary restrictions I might branch out again.
Sarachrach - hopefully!!!
Ferals - I have quite a vision of you and DH with your special oils...... the things you do huh? Does it smell nice?
Crafty - good to see you bouncing back!
TTCALC - wow, that's a hard and long way to get to a happier outcome. Just glad that things seem to have worked out and the kiddies are safe.
Hi to everyone else, I am sorry i won't list you all here - and a belated welcome to Cuppi. How are you doing today?
Thankyou for you ongoing support and words of encouragement. I really appreciate it, especially when the journey that you each walk is difficult.
Evening
Just a quick update ! day 33 still a BFN still no headache no cramping no nothing, infact I feel really well and happy have no idea whats going on with me but I do feel like I have been having hot flushes so maybe thats it maybe this is the end of the road for me a week before my EDD and I feel like I am staring at the big MENAPAUSE but feeling at ease with it I have had my time !
Glad everyone seems to be trucking along nicely, sorry you had to have time out Murraycod but sometimes its the best medicine you can give to yourself ! Keep thinking about little H soon coming out of the freezer !
Dory so glad your doing ok
T- Hopes glad your back on track wish I was, do whatever you think is right for you then stick to the decision and no looking back !
Ferrals my DH would love that kind of attention so I am not letting him read that particular post
speak soon and see what tomoro brings for me ( do you think these cheap POASticks from ebay are dud or is it just wishful thinking,
Thanks Ladies..
Things are going good here .. there doing great...
Instead of having 3 kiddos around here now i got me 5 kiddos..lol
still needing one more to make it a brady bunch family :)
TODAY i'm "Oing" wohooo and honestly i dont even feel like im Oing .. strange huh?
but i got me a question...
when i started af i was only on it for really 2 days..ihave never went for just 2 days
Last few days i been feeling like im prego is it possible that iam ( i havent tested yet i figured there wasnt no reason to since i started af for 2 days)
last few days when i get up i feel so sick and every time i eat i just feel like getting sick so i havent been eating as much last few days..
Not sure if that is just my nervous over the 2 kiddos going thru or what..
Even smell of food makes me nasuated i have to leave the room..
im thinking about getting a test to make sure.,. but i wanted to hear from you guys,,
i knwo im soo far behind on personals and im soo sorry as you know alot has been going on..
I just want to wish you all best of luck and keep ttc it will happen one day!
hugs and love to all!!
Morning just a quicky i'm off to sydney for the day.
Alice-the oil is a herbal one the naturopath gave us to help rid DNA damaged sperm and promote nice healthy ones.
Murrycod- tell your DH he is a party pooper a rub for a rub is sooooo worth it and i'm sure he will enjoy his rub even more when your AF has left the building.
Thopes- i so know what you are talking about we were told to wait 3 months but because my stress levels are already high if i didn't keep ttc i know i would panic and that would make my stress levels way worse and then my FSH will be high so i say go for it we are and i believe if a M/C happens it is ment to be if the baby is healthy it will stick M/C is natures way if the baby is not healthy so don't blame yourself.
Dory-lol yes it smells really good doesn't taste real good ah! errr! sory TMI lol but it's fun if a gave you another visual so sorry.
Crafty-its all in your mind beacuse your thinking about menopause your going to now dwell on every symptom pre menopause can take years you still have time and stress can delay AF so if your not pregnant maybe the stress of those BT results and finding out your going to be a nan has put you out of whack a bit hang in there.
Hello to everyone i have missed i will be back tonight.
Thanks Dory, Ferrals & Crafty - you have made me feel so much better! Deep down I know I want to TTC but was worried I was being selfish and silly for not wanting to wait another month! DH and I have decided we are going to try and feeling good about our decision! Chinese doc said if we do try i have to have lots of nourishing foods like beetroot, blueberry and carrot juice !!! Im having a litre a day of it!! EEIK! But its all worth it! Have to follow a special diet according to the stage of my cycle! She said my tongue is a little pale so we need to work on getting it nice and pink!!! DH is taking Menevit - bless him! I bought my ovulation kits so we are ready to go!!!
Ahhh it feels good to be back ladies- we will start to get our groove on as of Wednesday
hehhehehe!
Ferrals - we are going to be testing together this month! Even though I have a longer cycle - our test day is the same!! Lets make it our month love!!!
Ahh I love long weekends! Mondays off are greeeeeeat! xx
Hello lovelies,
Wow heaps to catch up on. Glad things seem to be looking up and people are feeling a bit better. No time for persies if I wanna get lunch in before my next client but I'll try and get back on later.
I'm still waiting for my blood test results and I'm getting a bit freaked that its a bad sign they are taking so long, had them done last monday.
I've also decided to go back to my counsellor because I am really not coping. I spent a good portion of the weekend in tears and cried again this morning to the point I thought I would not be able to work, I need some help.
Hugs to everyone :grouphug:
TTCALC - wow, I would say the signs are good! Have you tested? I was just rereading my diary from early January this year and read things like, "feeling nauseated, but its different, squidgey". Oh I do hope so......
Sunbeam - sorry to hear you are struggling, but I am so proud of you for seeing your counselor again. It's often harder to ask for help than to just push on, even though pushing on is really the worst thing you can do.
T-hopes - I am so glad you have made a decision you are happy with. Bring on wednesday huh?
Ferals - haha. No visuals this time.... pity. I am in the scrabble club ( ie no getting jiggy with it for me) and I need all the excitement I can get. If it doesn't rain it pours.
Crafty - keep hoping and wishing, maybe its different this time? Isn't a bit early for you and the big M?
AFM - hope I am not coming down with a virus and my symptoms are just my IBS acting up...... I am a bit scared of getting any virus/colds at the mo. I am a bit of a germ phob, but usually don't worry too much about minor and flus and colds, but at the mo? Phobia central. Oh well, gives me something to think about.....
All of the kitty cats each came and snuggled with me earlier. It was so sweet, especially when the cat who so rarely seeks out close physical contact, did so. Awwww sweet. They are so warm, little furry hot water bottles.
Am reading the Dan Brown book the Lost Symbol. Has anyone else read it?
Hi Ladies !
Sorry i have been MIA - i have been reading though.
After we got our BFN last month i was feeling really bummed and had decided that i would take a break for a couple of months and get my teeth fixed (fillings) and have some physio on my back and neck etc. I have also had an inflamed sternum area - quite painful so i havent felt overly well.
So i wasnt going to try again til the end of April. Anyway - Saturday morning my Mum had the boys for an hour while we went to my brothers storage to get some stuff for him - we snuck home for half an hour  .....It was GREAT !!
So we will let nature take its course this month and see what happens - just tried the once. If anyone makes it i hope its a pink one cause we didnt do all that we normally do this time....But thems the breaks ! I will be happy with whatever i can get in the end.
Hope you are all well - i am so far behind with persies that i wont even try....
Just a couple of quickies from today:
Welcome to the new ladies that i may have missed - sorry that you find yourselves here :comfort:
Sunbeam - a counsellor sounds like a good idea
Ferrals -
TTCALC - Glad all is looking well for the kidlets
Crafty - dont give up !
Dory -
Murraycod -
I am thinking of you ALL and hoping for a BFP for everyone xoxo
XOXOXOXO
Oh my god!!! Ferrals!! I now have the visuals of smelling AND tasting!!!!!!! All we need now is a Snuggly VN update :) :)
Sunbeam - sorry you've had a tough time. Counseling is def. been a relief for me and if you have someone you've seen before then I'm sure it will help you. Big hugs to you.
Em, Iona-Macca, MissK and everyone new to the thread - how are you all going? Take care x
Crafty - I think you're way to young for the big M. Most women don't get it until their 50s I've been told so hopefully you just have a sneaky BFP waiting to surprise you or are just feeling well and ready for one.
Hi Jahazra - good luck with your sneaky encounter! One's all you need sometimes :)
Dory - love those fur people all snuggling up around you. I can understand your fear of any bugs - hot tea and honey might help you feel a bit brighter maybe?
AFM - it's my first day out of the house in three days. My goodness, there is a whole world out there! Sun is shining for a change so it was good to get out. Take care everyone
Alice x
So smelling, rubbing and tasting, anyone gonna top that? Can we get a soundtrack in here? Probably something along the lines of 'boom chicka boom'. LOL, gotta love the sharing :) I'm on day 4 so living vicariously through you guys atm!
TTCALC: Did you test???? What's happening!!??? Update please update!
Dory: I got cold in the airport so not feeling so good today, lots of honey lemon tea, and a very snuggly kitten who has settled in very well, it's nice when it's a bit cold, he gets all cute and purry. Oh and we got tandoori chicken pizza, and 50% less sugar cider (our lip service to being healthy). It was freaking amazing, lol.
Jahzara: I'm glad you feel good about your encounter, it's nice to relax and let the chips fall where they may (mmmm chips).
Sunbeam: Big hugs, thinking of you xo
Thopes: It sounds like a good call, I think the most important thing is that it's a decision your comfortable with, but yay for TTC!
Crafty: I think it's too early to really tell what's going on, fingers crossed for you xo
AFM: Setting up a house is fun :) It's just a little flat so not too much to get, although DH seems to think that two sets of candlesticks is overkill (he's so wrong). Day 4, gonna get some more preconception tablets this week, really really hope it's the last time I have to buy those things! Not sure how long this cycle will be, I used to have a 28 day cycle, but this one was 35 days, do I expect 35 days again or do you think it will be closer to 28?
LOL you girls are a riot you make me laugh and look forward to your post's i wont do persies tonight as DH and i have the night off together and AF has left the building so for all you gal's that have had visuals (which again i am sorry) i am off to put some reality to them.
Well......ummmm........Just threw up in my mouth.... Ferrals hope you are having some slippery fun!! EEEEEwww can't beleive I just said that!
Kit, being day 4 is sooo boring isn't it?? (yawn)
Glad to hear you are settling in XX
I used to have a straight down the line 28 dayer before I MC, eversince a very unpredictable 30-40.....which totally sucks!
But I think most girls here have eventually gone back to their norm after a little while. TBH, I don't really know what my cycles are since I have only had 2 seperate unstimmed cycles since August last year. Geez, thinking about it like that, I shouldve grown an extra boob or something!!:o
Snugglybean, I have to take my hat off to you, you have certainly got us back into the cheeky spirit. See wat u gone and done to Ferrals now!! She has gone all horny on us!!:shhh:
Alice, you lucky devil having some inside days!! I have 2 days off after tomorrow and hope it rains some more, so i have an excuse to stay inside and wear pyjamas all day!
Am over cleaning my house now, it looks so clean it feels sterile!! Like me!! (bad joke sorry girls)
Jahzara my lovely, thanks for the hug XX Right back at ya XX
I hope your sneeky squirrel quickie ends up being the winner!X
Dory, your cats sound so lovely!! My Darling dear boofhead Labrador decided my foot was comfortable earlier, He has a habbit of walking up to me and sitting on my foot. Putts darn hair all over me, but i love him so much it is so worth it! He seems to know all of my different moods, just looks at me different sometimes, supportively like he is telling me to chin up and throw the darn ball!! Wish my DH knew all of my moods, the poor luv!!
Sunbeam honey, I hope you start to feel stronger soon XX We are all here for you babe X
THopes, no matter how much advice someone can give you, even if it is the right advice, you can and should only do what makes you feel good. And if gettn jiggy with it is what makes you happy, honey we are all barracking for you, and will be here helping you through it XX
TTCALC, honey we are all waiting to hear your result!! If you decided to test!!XX
Hope things are smooth and happy for you on the home front X
Crafty my darling beutifull english lassie, your poor body and soul must be in total freak out mode right now.
Honey, when you wake up tomorrow, I wan't you to do just one thing for me, I wan't you to walk over to your mirror, and tell yourself 'I am worth this, I am fertile, I am a fantastic mother', because we all think you are, you just need to remind yourself you are.
Ferrals, I wish we were neighbours....not so I can peek through your window right now, but because you and I could have some laughs!!
Matthew'sMum I hope you are holding out ok XX I remember when I was taking the pill before I began my StimCycle, the excited nerves were starting to kick in! You are so going to do this with the greatest bunch of cyber buddies keeping an eye on every step you go through, supporting you ALL the way. You go girl XX
Ric, I do hope you are feeling better now XX What cycle day are you up to? XXX
To all of the girls that have left this part of the forums for Big Fat Positive reasons, I think of you all often, and love to have you lurk and drop by XX
Girls, day 1 of Clomid for me tomorrow!! WootWoot!! Am pretty excited to start this cycle now. A bit scared of the thaw but trying to just focus on each day ATM.
Oh, just one more thing, what is it with men?? When I don't have AF, DH is like 'what now?? Again?? Can't we just cuddle and go to sleep?',
But when I have AF, he is like a horny teenager, flaunting his 'roger' in front of my face all evening.................and sitting on the couch with his hand down his pants 'playing with it'.....................all I asked for was a backrub................:dunno:
Seriously, he has no idea I am watching him out the corner of my eye whilst typing, and he's doing it right now!!
MurryCod - I want YOU to walk right over to the mirror, right now, and say "I am a beautiful, fertile woman, and I am going to bring my baby home very soon". Then I want you to walk over to your husband and tell him to get his hand out of his pants 'cause we're all watching!!
xx
Alice :ROFL::ROFL:
Murraycod - yep i hear ya ! My DH is always flashing his bits at me. Asking do i need help in the shower, groping my boobs or bum as i walk past etc. He cant seem to leave me alone.
Last night we were sitting in the lounge room and i turned to talk to him and he's sitting there ever so casually with his 'manhood' hanging out the pee hole in his boxer shorts.... i just went  then said "bl**dy hell you are hopeless". MEN ! He is pretty deprived though...If only i had a higher sex drive...then he would get lucky far more often.
Gotta laugh though ! I love him to bits and wouldnt be without him.
Ferrals - you go girl ! :bluecheer::cheer:
xoxo
I wrote a whole page of persies and the site went down so now i have to type quick i have to go to work.
Murrycod-If we were neighbours we would neglect our hubbys we would be sitting out on the back deck with a jackies in our hands laughing at our DH antics mine has a habbit of flashing me when the kids aren't looking it drives me crazy i lovvvvvvvvvvvvvve love love it (sorry) i can't help myself.
Tell your DH if he plays his cards right a back rub can lead to other things being rubbed but if that doesn't work sit on the lounge with your hand down your pant's that is sure to get him going on the days you want to.
Jahzara-sooooooooooooooo funny i had a visual of a man with his old fella popping his head out to say hi lol.
AFM-why is it when we are no where near ov we have all the time in the world to BD last night and this morning (lucky me) but when it comes time to ov we have to schedule BDing time in between work it sucks anyway i suppose the naturopath is right my DH is lucky i have high E2 as it gives me a high sex drive i have been like it my whole life and i am way worse when i am pregnant i thought i was abnormal but no just a rabbit.
Anyway have to run to work be back tomorrow night.
Hello lovlies,
Soooo good to see us all getting back to happy was pretty tough there for a while.
Since I'm gay I can't join in the conversation about boys sitting around the house with their bits out thankfully  but it does make me laugh.
Thank you everyone for all the hugs and thoughts. I am doing heaps better today. I have booked an appointment with the Psychologist attached to my fertility clinic, I'm seeing her on thursday. Got my bt results back too and they are all normal (which is good but does not give me any answers to all my losses).
You are all so awesome and I'm so blessed to have your loving support.:loveshower:
This has been very amusing ladies. I've been doing IVF for so long, I forgot sex was all about TTC!! :D
Ferrals, I'm so glad to read your post 'cause when I was pregnant that man just wasn't safe. Reading the newspaper? Having a shave? Trying to cook dinner? Waking up in the morning? Going for a coffee? Answering the phone? I couldn't keep my hands off him! It drove me nuts esp. when I read you're not supposed to have an orgasm in the LTTTC forum. I mean, WTF? that's never written on the sheet they give you after an embryo transfer at my clinic! I was v. worried about that one 'cause it was full on pg porn at our place. I said to DH it was no wonder his mum had 11 kids! I want me some more of that please!
Hello there
Well its very naughty in here ATM makes a change to see some giggles and have some scenes going through my head ! With us having such a busy household having rogers pop out and playing with your bits has to be a NO NO in this house ! can you imagine the questions we may get asked, oh no lets not even go there !
Murraycod thanks for you coments as usual makes lots of sense and you have had long cycles since your mc so I guess its just part and parcel of this damn TTC process, Just had to change my ticker again for the 3rd time ! can't make it any longer so lets hope AF turns up real soon ! Hope your week goes quickly and your little H defrosts nicely and settles in for the long 9mnths ahead !
Ferrals your DH is in for a treat he should have a permanant smile on his face ! he must think he got all his lotto tickets paid out in one day ! Good luck this cycle I just know you can do it,
Alice thanks for thinking of me wish I could stay in for 3 whole days instead of the school run and shopping and so on feel like a damn yo yo sometimes,
hope all you ladies in the TWW are keeping busy lets us know when you test ! and everyone in the Bdancing days good luck to you all,
AFM well day 35 still same nothing changes wonder how much longer this will go on for ! I know some ladies on here have upto 40 days in a cycle but for me this is a first time ever so I guess I am on the change in a way change of cycle length
speak later !
Ferrals: Go on wit your bad self ;)
Jahzara: Lol, my DH tends to be a flasher as well
Oh no, I just got a call, my Aunty's passed away (we knew it was coming), gonna go call my Mum. My Aunty loved roses, sniff one for me if you see it.
Grrr - AF just arrived so put an end to my test-fest before it even started. I'm confused though cause my LF was only 10 days (normally its 13/14 days). Has anyone ever heard of the cycle following MC mucking up the LF length???
sarahrach all of my cycles have been mixed up since I mc back in sept last year, it took me nearly 8 wks to even get AF so its just one of those things we have to let our bodies sort out, I used to be a 28 day girl as regular as clockwork NOT ANY MORE now its a wait and see !
Look on the bright side you are on a new cycle and only 12 more days till you are fertile !
