hey crafty my original edd was 27th march. this got changed to 3rd april after my dating scan, but i think i'm sticking with 27th as i really think that it was growing slowly and the heart rate was slow as well, so it looked bad from the beginning
also i think i am not doing as well as i thought. since d&c my af has been really light. like normal for 2 days then stops to hardly anything. after seeing a post about asherman syndrome i'm worrying i have this now. might go and make an appointment with docs if i have no luck this cycle.
Hey Gals - this is just a quick hello. I just spent a while reading up on what's been happening. It's so busy in here.
I have been MIA, not even lurking, lately. Feeling pretty glum. Been feeling quite tired intermittent nausea, headahces, frequent urination and some other symptoms, which of course I hope like crazy are pregnancy symptoms. Dr thinks it's just a virus but am off for some tests tomorrow. I tested at day 21 (niavely hopeful after very short cycles past 2 months) and day 24 ( after some very light spotting) both BFN's but still no AF and not really much spotting now either. It's unlike me to feel so glum for so long, maybe its just because everything is just up in the air. Day 26 today.
Mo4 & Murraycod - thanks for asking after me. It's nice, especially when I'm feeling so sorry for myself to know that you've taken the time to say hi.
Murraycod - how's the egg hunt going? I just had this crazy mental image of an easter egg hunt. I hope you get a good few but not too many. Don't want overstimulation.
Ferals4 - I was just reading back over this thread and you said you had answers and it didn't make it any easier. Thanks for posting that. I have no real answers, I have lots of tests that exclude lots of things. But I suppose in reality, an answer doesn't change the heartbreaking reality nor the anguish.
SPF - what did you call your little fur baby? I have three and want more. They bring such joy and happiness to me and DH. I was watching some kittens play in the pet store window today and it was so good to watch them. I love their spiky tails and raised hackles and quirky little sideways move when they are playing.
Emmy83 - hope you feel better soon, are you dizzy too? Maybe it's just accumulated grief? Or maybe a virus? These symptoms would be bearable if they meant BFP......Oh well I am going to drag myself outside for a while to wash the car.
How long is it now since your D&C ? I know you had it quite late as you tried lots of the tablets first, My first few AFs since my D&C were very light too and this last one I had was back to normal and I had my D&C on 2nd Sept so remember it does take a while for the lining to grow back to a good thickness as a D&C scrapes it all away ! so hang in there give yourself another month and if no BFP then think about seeing the DR I do think you will be ok it just takes us ages to get over a D&C, for you I hope you get sorted real soon and enjoy that bundle of fluff !

My symptoms are mainly feeling pretty glum dory. Can I say a BFN is apart of my symptoms? Should I see the Dr about it? I am CD29 today hanging around for AF to try again although I feel like given up for a few cycles but I know after the lap and dye now isn't a good time to throw the towel in.
Hi
Emmy and Dory sorry your both feeling glum it gets you like that at times especially when you don't get a bfp I may feel like that too this time next week when I have tested,
Here is a photo of my baby Piggys thanks to ferrals for telling me how to upload
well if it works that is !
we think we have called our kitty amy, but this could change still. it always takes us a few days to decide if we like a name before settling on it. she is getting on really well with one of our other cats (the older one is always a bit more grumpy but she will come round) and she likes our dogs. we got her from the vets after they were found dumped on the oval poor little things.
thanks for the reassurance as well. i think you are right, as i read people with heavy flows sometimes get d&c to make them lighter. and mine were quite light before anyway. i had d&c on 19th october then bled for around 3 weeks after that. this is only my 2nd af since then so i hope you are right about them being light for a while.
dory and emmy i know how you feel i hope your symptoms are pg related, hopefully you are testing too early!

My EDD is looming too, I know it was about this time of year, but I actually am not sure of the exact date anymore! I think it was the 18th of Jan. I think it will be a good point to move on from. Will be particularly tricky as we are attending our nephew's 1st birthday on that weekend, when I was supposed to be a beached whale. I'll be OK, as long as the ILs don't make a big deal of it. Which they will.
murraycod - I will be thinking of you tomorrow! We're going to see a sumo fight, so I'll cross my fingers that all goes well while I'm watching!
Cookie - I had really clear really early symptoms with my PMP too - probably to do with the initially mega-high levels of hcg. Have you checked out the UK molar preg forum? On there somewhere everyone has posted their hcg counts week by week. You can compare if you like - some girls levels took ages at first, then shot down, while others just really went slowly, and some went quickly at first, then took 10+ weeks to get from 10 > 1. I think I told oyu that DH built a prediction model for my levels, and it was spot on.
For whoever asked, your levels need to be under 25 to be considered "not pregnant." That's the figure for Queensland Health, anyway.
AFM - I am so BLOATED! Today is CD 28, not weeing on a stick yet (how virtuous!) since I don't know when I O'd anyway. (usually day 15-17) Holding out for Tuesday. And then the tricky part - staying with the ILs for 6 days and not telling them about it, cos we have told them we're not trying yet, to maybe ease the pressure a little bit. They're very full on.
Until next time, my lovelies! Will prob be offline for a while...
hope you all had a lovely weekend! had my best friends wedding yesterday and it was sensational.... hot but still fab!! went off without a hitch and it was such a great distraction to get thru another day!
crafty- im going good! thanks for asking after me, makes me feel so spesh!!! much like you, im playing the waiting game as best i can! i go back to work tomorrow - boo hoo! but it will make the time fly!your little baby piggys are too cute!!! and a proud little mumma stands by!! hope you are surviving the 2ww and good luck when you test! xx
murraycod - good luck for tomorrow, will be thinking about you and cant wait to hear about it all! xx
spf - my AF has been really light since d&c on 12/09/09... had been worried myself... not much proper bleeding either, just black little bits! (sorry tmi)
AFM - im waiting patiently to test... going to do one this Thurs with fmu... i was feeling really confident but last night i had a large amount of egg white CM... so now im thinking that maybe im ovulating really late!?! anyone else had this??? cause its not a pregnancy symptom that i know of??? is it???
xox
T Hopes - yes i thought i might have O'd late this cycle... cos i thought i had the same CM symptoms. I can't say for sure if it was or not, but AF is due for me tomorrow... so i'll let you know how it pans out. I think she's coming anyways cos my boobs are tender and i have some slight cramping starting already. Hoping that no matter what, you got your eggs fertilized at the right time!!! xx
Snugglybean - Gosh i hope your IL's aren't so bad. Surely they'd be a little more understanding than to go and put their foot in it at a time like that? No matter what, we're all here for you to support you through it. Fingers crossed you can celebrate instead, with a BFP xx
ScaryPinkFairy - how someone can dump an innocent life and just leave them there is beyond my comprehension. Thank god there are wonderful people like yourself out there to give them a great loving home. xx
Crafty - cute twins. I have my fingers crossed for you that you'll get your BFP next week. xx
Emmy - big hugs. I hope it's just false BFN's at the moment, but if its not, i hope the witch gets her butt in town asap to get the ball rolling on the next cycle.xx
Dory - I've missed you! I hope you're doing ok. Sounds to me like some pregnancy symptoms.. fingers crossed that's what it is and not a virus. I know it can get overwhelming when the room moves so fast and you feel like things are moving so slowly for you... but don't be a stranger! We all miss you!!!
AFM - well i'm just waiting for AF to arrive. should be here tomorrow. the slight cramping and sore boobs are here... but i got a bit nauseated tonight at dinner when my DP made my favourite (fresh steamed vegetables with rice noodles). i couldn't bear the smell of the broccolli (which is my favourite) and i tried to hold my nose and eat it, but almost threw it up so i had a piece of toast and some yoghurt instead. Perhaps this is a new AF symptom that i haven't paid attention to before. Crazy stuff.
Hope everyone is feeling great tonight. Take care of yourselves ladies.

Thank you all for the well wishes, I'm a bit nervous about the whole procedure tomorrow, but i think it is just the unknown at this point!!
Will be leaving to go to Adelaide at about 6am to get to our hotel nice and early for a rest.
Then I go in at 3;10pm for the procedure.
Matthew'sMum FS has given me a choice if I want general or sedation, think I'll choose sedation because general anasthetic beats me around a bit, I don't wake up too well.
But I'm just scared that if i go sedation, It's going to hurt...so I'm stressed!!
Great to hear you got yourself a bargain!!!!
Ciara those symptoms sound prommising!!! Hope it is because you are UTD!!!! My body goes into crazy mode when AF is due, it's like it has a phantom pregnancy every month, so I can't trust myself anymore Hope yours are the real thing!!!
Other than that, I hope that you are okay, we are all here for you if you need to vent, I understand how frustrating things can seem XXXXX
Thopes when I got my BFP last Feb, I kept having to run to the toilet thinking AF had shown, but it was just EWCM all of the time, and many many other women get that, so yes that can be a definate symptom of early pregnancy, geez hope we have all stocked up on those evil sticks because I recon there will be a pee fest going on in here soon!!! Got your floaties everyone??? Last week it was the shag fest, now look wat you all gone and done!!!!!
Snugglybean thanks sweetheart, the Sumo Fight sounds like great fun!!! I am always amased at how those huge guys can run around in those wedgie undies....nappies....whateva they are, it looks so funny!! I would just go to see that!! Not the actual fight!!!!

murraycod best of luck today. I will be praying and hopeing you get lots of nice mature eggs that grow into Blasties and turn into your future children. Big that this is the start of a sticky BFP.
Me waiting for AF. Any day now. CD30 today.
SPF - Do you use opk's? Years ago, I read something that suggested that a really light (esp scanty) AF could indicate that you didn't o during the last cycle. It's not unusual for your body to take a while to catch on where things are at when you've used medical facilities to speed things up. After my natural m/c, where my body controlled the entire process, it slotted straight back into normal. However, with the 2nd one, my body refused to acknowledge that anything was wrong (I had no bleeding or pain), it's still struggling very hard to figure out what I've done to it. I know patience is hard. But apparently it is a virtue (look who is talking!)
Dory - Chin up! How did your tests go?
Crafty - eeeee! The little piggies are SO cute ... although it's not quite 3 little piggies - you might need to get her to push out a few more so we can have a reenactment! If nothing else, I'm sure it will give us something to laugh about!
Snuggly - I forgot to mention that after I popped the popper for you, my dogs ran around the back yard with the streamers like little idiots - they are happy for your official start date too!
T-hopes - check what I wrote at the top. It's very very common for women in early pregnancy (actually althroughout!) to keep running to the loo for the spot check. A pregnant body sends down loads of goo - it acts like a down escalator for all the nasty viruses and germs trying to go up. Just relax. There's nothing you can do to effect things - so give it the best chance.
ciara - the smell thing sounds like a good thing!
Matthews mum - hope you stocked up! And then that you wont need them after all that! I test on Thursday. once my ob has seen that result he'll tell me what's next (which I'm assuming will be yet another test a week after!)
murraycod -I have my toes crossed for you! (I have very talented toes - I can untie double knotted shoe laces and send sms's with them. Among other things ) I've been getting phantom preg symptoms since my first m/c. The main one getting up all hours to pee!
Emmy - hope your body falls into line quick smart!
AFM - I'm busy being cranky and surly.
